An electroluminescent display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a pixel including a driving element having a gate electrode connected to a data line and a source electrode connected to a readout line, a sensing circuit configured to sense a voltage of the readout line which changes according to a pixel current flowing through the driving element during sensing operation, and a boosting circuit connected between the data line and the readout line and configured to change a voltage of the data line according to the changed voltage in the readout line during the sensing operation.

Disclosed in an embodiment is a semiconductor device comprising: a semiconductor structure comprising a first conductive type semiconductor layer, a second conductive type semiconductor layer, and an active layer disposed between the first conductive type semiconductor layer and the second conductive type semiconductor layer; a second electrode electrically connected to the second conductive type semiconductor layer; and a reflective layer disposed under the second electrode, wherein the second conductive type semiconductor layer comprises a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer disposed between the first sub-layer and the active layer and having an aluminum (Al) composition higher than that of the first sub-layer, the reflective layer comes into contact with the lower surface of the second sub-layer, and the second electrode comes into contact with the first sub-layer.

A display device, including a folding region, and first and second non-folding regions at opposing sides of the folding region, includes: a display module; a support member on the display module; and a bonding layer between the display module and the support member. The support member includes a first support member in the first non-folding region and a part of the folding region, and a second support member in the second non-folding region and a part of the folding region. The bonding layer is over the folding region and the first and second non-folding regions. The first insulation layer is disposed on the first surface to be spaced apart from the first electrode. The first insulation layer is disposed on the first surface to overlap with the first cover electrode in a first direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the first conductive semiconductor layer.

Light emitting semiconductor device

An embodiment provides a semiconductor device comprising: a semiconductor structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, a second conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer disposed between the first conductive semiconductor layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer, and a plurality of recesses extending through the second conductive semiconductor layer and the active layer and arranged up to a partial region of the first conductive semiconductor layer; a plurality of first electrodes arranged inside the plurality of recesses and electrically connected to the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second electrode electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; a first conductive layer electrically connected to the plurality of first electrodes; a second conductive layer electrically connected to the second electrode; and an electrode pad electrically connected to the second conductive layer, wherein the electrode pad comprises a first electrode pad and a second electrode pad which are spaced apart from each other, and the area ratio of the electrode pad to the second conductive layer is 1:20 to 1:27.

A method of manufacturing a display device includes disposing a polarizing layer on one surface of a display panel including a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode; cutting the polarizing layer using a cutting laser beam such that a side of the polarizing layer and a side of the display panel correspond to each other; applying a conductive paste on the side of the display panel; and patterning the conductive paste using a patterning laser beam.

Disclosed herein is a drum washing machine having an improved motor mount structure. A chip ejecting apparatus includes a table configured to be provided with a dicing tape and a target chip adhered to an upper surface of the dicing tape, an ejector unit including a plurality of gas holes configured to inject a gas toward a lower surface of the dicing tape, and a control unit configured to separately control on/off operations of the plurality of gas holes and select an active gas hole group from the plurality of gas holes. The active gas hole group is selected to overlap the target chip, and is configured to inject the gas toward the dicing tape along a direction from a first edge of the target chip toward a second edge of the target chip opposite to the first edge of the target chip.

Chip ejecting apparatus

Provided is a washing machine including a rib extending outward from a central portion of a rear portion of a tub. One end of the rib is provided adjacent to the central portion of the tub, the other end of the rib is provided adjacent to an outer side of the tub, and since a width of the one end of the rib is greater than a width of the other end of the rib, thereby maintaining efficient rigidity against stress generated in the rear portion of the tub. Further, in order to secure rigidity against stress due to vibrations generated by a driving motor, an additional rib is included between a side to which the driving motor is coupled and the outer side of the tub, thereby efficiently maintaining rigidity against additional stress.
