A battery manufacturing method according to the present disclosure includes generating a virtual identifier (ID) corresponding to a battery cell, shifting the virtual ID according to a progression of processes included in a process line for the battery cell, storing the shifted virtual ID and associating the shifted virtual ID with process data generated for the battery cell, extracting a cell ID for the battery cell, and matching the process data associated with the shifted virtual ID with the cell ID, and transmitting the process data to an upper control system.

An electrode loss measuring apparatus includes an electrode which moves in a roll-to-roll state between an unwinder and a rewinder and on which a plurality of reference points are marked at predetermined intervals. The apparatus further includes a reference point detector configured to detect the reference points marked on the electrode, a position measurer configured to derive a position value of the electrode according to a rotation amount of the unwinder or the rewinder and a position value of the corresponding reference point in conjunction with the reference point detector when the reference point detector detects the reference point, and a calculator configured to calculate a loss amount of the electrode by comparing the derived position value of the reference point with a position value of a set reference point when an interval between the reference points is changed due to a loss of a portion of the electrode.

An apparatus for generating a roll map of a merge-wound electrode includes a position measurement device configured to acquire coordinate value data for a longitudinal position of a merged-wound electrode, an input device configured to input an input signal indicating a start of merge-winding or an end of merge-winding, a seam detector configured to detect a seam and acquire electrode coordinate values of the seam, and a reference point detector configured to detect reference points of the merge-wound electrode and acquire electrode coordinate values of the reference points. A roll map for simulating the merge-wound electrode is generated based on the input signal of the input device, the electrode coordinate values of the seam, and the electrode coordinate values of the reference points of the merge-wound electrode.

An electrode sheet inspection system includes an inspection unit configured to inspect the external state of an electrode sheet and an ink marking unit configured to mark a portion to be removed on the electrode sheet, wherein the ink marking unit is configured to adjust an ink marking range, whereby it is possible to prevent removal of a mark on a defective portion of an electrode even after a process of notching the electrode sheet. A method for preparing acrylic acid, more specifically, to a method for preparing acrylic acid under a neutral condition at high yield in a short time without using a base, unlike the prior art in which a base is essentially used. The acrylic acid is produced using a supported catalyst having a specific composition when preparing acrylic acid by oxidation of allyl alcohol. Particularly, the preparation method can recover acrylic acid rather than acrylic acid salt as a final product, and thus has an advantage that the overall process cost can be reduced by eliminating essential processes in the prior art, such as ion exchange after the acidification process required for the conversion of acrylic acid salt to acrylic acid.

The secondary battery transfer apparatus and the detection method detect whether or not a case of the secondary battery is damaged due to friction with the carrier and thus recognize a product defect in advance.
