Designs of image sensing devices by including a substrate layer including a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, a plurality of grid structures disposed over the substrate layer, a plurality of color filter layers each of which is disposed between adjacent grid structures, a plurality of over-coating layers formed over the color filter layers, and a plurality of microlenses formed over the over-coating layers. Each of the grid structures includes an air layer, and a capping film formed to cap the air layer, and an upper portion of the air layer is formed to protrude upward from the over-coating layer.

Image sensing device

An image sensing device includes a pixel array including a plurality of image detection pixels structured to convert light incident onto the image detection pixels into pixel signals representing an image of an object, a plurality of phase-difference detection pixels in the pixel array structured to detect light from the object to generate a phase signal for measuring a distance between the image sensing device and the object, and a first lens positioned to direct light to the plurality of phase-difference detection pixels and including a plurality of portions each corresponding to at least one of the phase-difference detection pixels. A center of the first lens is located over a center of the plurality of phase-difference detection pixels, and each portion of the first lens extends from the center along a row or column direction between adjacent phase-difference detection pixels or along diagonal directions between the row and column directions.

An image sensing device is disclosed. The image sensing device includes a pixel array including a plurality of unit pixels, each of which is configured to generate a pixel signal in response to incident light. The pixel array includes a substrate layer including a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements configured to convert the incident light into an electric signal, a plurality of microlenses formed over the substrate layer to respectively correspond to the photoelectric conversion elements, and configured to converge the incident light into the corresponding photoelectric conversion elements, a plurality of color filters disposed between the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements and the plurality of microlenses and configured to transmit light at predetermined wavelengths to corresponding photoelectric conversion elements, and one or more grid structures disposed over the substrate layer at intervals to separate the microlenses and the color filters from adjacent microlenses and the color filter. The grid structures have different heights at different locations in the pixel array such that one or more of the grid structure include a top portion protruding from a top surface of an abutting microlens.

A needleless injector is provided. The needleless injector includes a loading lever having a working arm part having a lever shaft, a towing member inserted inside the cylinder housing, a link having one end portion pin-coupled to the working arm part and the other end portion pin-coupled to the towing member, an inner cylinder inserted inside the cylinder housing, a spring inserted into the inner cylinder, an actuating head inserted into the inner cylinder in front of the spring and having a catching protrusion configured to be inserted into the slit, and a trigger means having a stopper head part configured to be able to be inserted into the slit of the inner cylinder and detached from the slit. Accordingly, the needleless injector can achieve a reduction in size and thickness by having a simple structure even with a lever for reloading integrally formed therein.

An image sensor is disclosed. The image sensor includes a pixel region and a shield region. The pixel region includes a first microlens array that includes microlenses arranged in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The shield region surrounds the pixel region and includes a second microlens array formed in a shape that is obtained when the first microlens array is rotated by a predetermined angle with respect to the first direction.

An electronic device includes at least one grid structure that extends in rows and columns of a pixel array including a plurality of imaging pixels and is structured to separate the imaging pixels from one another to provide optical isolation between two adjacent imaging pixels, a grid shutter coupled to the grid structure and configured to allow a gas to enter the grid structure by opening a passage for the gas or block the gas from entering the grid structure by closing the passage in the grid structure, and a gas detection controller configured to identify the gas flowing into the grid structure based on an image that is acquired by the image sensor when the passage for the gas in the grid structure is opened to allow the gas to be present in the grid structure.
