A battery module includes a battery cell stack, a module frame, and a bus bar frame. The battery cell stack is configured to include a plurality of battery cells including electrode leads that are stacked in in the battery cells. The module frame is configured to accommodate the battery cell stack. The bus bar frame is positioned in a protrusion direction of the electrode leads protruding from the battery cells. A protrusion is formed in either the bus bar frame or the module frame. An insertion hole into which the protrusion is inserted is formed in the other of the bus bar frame and the module frame than the one of the bus bar frame and the module frame in which the protrusion is formed.

The battery module according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a module frame housing the battery cell stack; and a first heat sink located at an upper part of the module frame, wherein the first heat sink includes an upper plate and a lower plate, wherein a lower plate of the first heat sink constitutes an upper cover of the module frame, and wherein the first heat sink includes a cooling flow passage having at least one partition wall is-formed between the upper plate and the upper cover of the module frame.

A battery module including: a cell assembly including a battery cell stack containing a plurality of battery cells; a housing surrounding the cell assembly; and an end plate covering front and rear surfaces of the cell assembly that are present at an opening of the housing. The present disclosure relates to a battery module and a battery pack including the same. A battery module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked, a module frame arranged so as to wrap the battery cell stack, a busbar frame arranged so as to cover the front and rear surfaces of the battery cell stack that is exposed from the module frame, and an end plate arranged so as to cover the busbar frame. The module frame may includes a lower frame for covering the lower part and both side surfaces of the battery cell stack, and an upper plate for covering the upper part of the battery cell stack. At least one assembly guide part may be formed at an edge of the lower frame coupled to the upper plate.

A battery module includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked within a case body; a module frame for accommodating the battery cell stack; and a thermal conductive resin layer formed between a lower surface of the module frame and the battery cell stack. The plurality of battery cells comprise sealing parts that extend downward from the bottom surface of the cell case body such that each one of the sealing parts is located inside the thermal conductive resin layer, and is folded toward the bottom surfaces of the cell case body to accommodate an adhesive layer between the folded portion of the sealing part and the bottom surface of the cell case body.
