A composite soft magnetic material includes the following components: 67.9 to 95.54 wt % of FeSiCr, 0.1 to 0.3 wt % of TiO, 0.15 to 0.75 wt % of SiO, 0.1 to 0.5 wt % of MnO, 0.1 to 0.5 wt % of ZnO, 3.4 to 25.9 wt % of BaO, 0.4 to 3 wt % of BO, 0.2 to 0.85 wt % of CaO, and 0.01 to 0.3 wt % of CuO. The composite soft magnetic material has high initial permeability and high Bs, excellent temperature stability, and low temperature coefficient.

A low-temperature co-fired ceramic material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-50% of CaO, 5-15% of BO, 40-55% of SiO, 1-5% of nanometer AlO, 1-5% of MgO and 1-5% of nanometer ZrO. A preparation method comprises the following steps: ball milling and mixing according to the formula, sintering at a high temperature, quenching in deionized water, grinding, performing wet ball-milling, drying and grinding; and finally, granulating to prepare a green body, discharging glue, and sintering, to obtain a low-temperature co-fired ceramic material. According to the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material and the preparation method thereof provided in the present disclosure, the prepared low-temperature co-fired ceramic material has the advantages of low dielectric constant, low loss, good overall performance and the like.

Low-temperature co-fired ceramic material and preparation method thereof

Disclosed is a CBS-based low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) material, and a preparation method thereof. The material has, as a main component, a sintered phase of low dielectric constant of CaSiOand CaBO, and comprises CBS and a dopant. The CBS comprises, by weight, 30-40% of CaO, 15-30% of BO, and 40-50% of SiO, and the dopant comprises 0-2% of PO, 0-2% of nanometer CuO, and 0.5-2% of nanometer VO. The preparation method comprises mixing oxides including a CBS-based dielectric ceramic as a base and one or two of POand CuO as an initial dopant, and then adding VOas a final sintering aid, to prepare the material. In the present invention, a CBS-based LTCC material that is obtained by sintering at a low temperature and has the advantages of low dielectric constant, low loss, and good overall performance is provided.
