A connector structure is provided, including an insulating body, a plurality of terminals disposed in the insulating body, at least one stopper, and a housing receiving the insulating body and the terminals. A portion of the insulating body is abutted between the housing and the at least one stopper, and contacting portions of the housing and the at least one stopper are structurally combined together.

Connector structure

A flexible circuit board including at least two electrical conducting layers, at least two non-electrical conducting layers, and at least one adhesion layer is provided. The non-electrical conducting layers are disposed between the electrical conducting layers. The non-electrical conducting layers are adhered together via the adhesion layer. A sum of thickness of the non-electrical conducting layers is greater than 4 mil, and there is no electrical conducting layer sandwiched between the at least two non-electrical conducting layers.

Flexible circuit board

An electrical connector disposed on a circuit board is provided. The electrical connector includes a terminal set having a plurality of terminals, a first insulator, at least one second insulator, and a third insulator. Each of the terminals has a contact portion, a soldering portion connecting to the circuit board, and a bending portion connected between the contact portion and the soldering portion. The first insulator is structurally integrated with the contact portions. The second insulator is structurally integrated with the terminals and is located between the bending portions and the soldering portions. The third insulator is locked with the second insulator.

Electrical connector of charging device

An electrical connector assembly including an electrical connecting member, at least one connector, and at least one metal cover is provided. The connector is disposed at and electrically connected to the electrical connecting member. The metal cover is disposed on the electrical connecting member, such that the electrical connecting member is located between the metal cover and the connector, and the connector is covered by the electrical connecting member.

Electrical connector assembly having metal cover

A circuit board structure including a dielectric substrate having a plurality of vias, a first conductor layer, a second conductor layer, an insulating layer, and a third conductor layer. The first and the second conductor layers are disposed at opposite surfaces of the dielectric substrate. The first conductor layer forms a plurality of traces including at least one high-speed differential pair and a plurality of ground traces, wherein the vias are located on the ground traces. The electric insulated layer is disposed on the dielectric substrate and covers the first conductor layer, and the third conductor layer is disposed on the insulating layer.

Circuit board structure

An electrical plug connector includes a first terminal module, a second terminal module, and a metallic contact member. The first terminal module and the second terminal module are received in a metallic shell. The metallic contact member is between the first terminal module and the second terminal module. The metallic contact member separates the first terminal module from the second terminal module. Moreover, two ends of the metallic contact member are respectively in contact with the ground terminals of the first plug terminals or in contact with the ground terminals of the second plug terminals.

Electrical plug connector

A plug electrical connector including an insulator, a pair of side-latches, a terminal set, and a shielding shell is provided. The pair of side-latches and a plurality of terminals of the terminal set are arranged along a first axis, and each of them extends along a second axis. The pair of side-latches and the terminal set are respectively disposed in the insulator, and the pair of side-latches are located on two sides of the terminal set. The shielding shell covers the insulator along the second axis. The side-latch includes at least one protrusion exposed out of the insulator along a third axis and structurally leaning against the shielding shell, such that the shielding shell is electrically connected with the pair of side-latches. The first axis, the second axis, and the third axis are orthogonal to each other.

Plug electrical connector

A plug electrical connector including an insulator, a plurality of elastic terminals, at least one shielding spring, and an outer shell is provided. The elastic terminals are disposed in the insulator and arranged along an axial direction. The elastic terminals includes at least one grounding terminal arranged at a first position or a last position of the elastic terminals. The shielding spring is assembled to an exterior surface of the insulator. A portion of the shielding spring on the axial direction is disposed on a deformable path of the grounding terminal. The insulator, the elastic terminals, and the shielding spring are accommodated in the outer shell.

An electrical plug connector includes a first terminal module and a second terminal module disposed inside a metallic shell. The first terminal module includes a first insulated member and first plug terminals, a first combining portion, and a first conductive strip assembled on the first insulated member. The second terminal module includes a second insulated member and second plug terminals, a second combining portion, and a second conductive strip assembled on the second insulated member. The first terminal module and the second terminal module are formed by different plastic injection molds, and therefore the assembly of the first plug terminals, the second plug terminals, the first combining portion, and the second combining portion on the first insulated member and the second insulated member becomes easy. No additional Mylar film is utilized because no terminal groove appears on the outer surface of the first insulated member and the second insulated member.

An electrical plug connector includes an insulated housing received in a metallic shell, first and second terminal modules respectively above and below the insulated housing, and abutting plates (EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) plates). Each abutting plate (EMI plate) is between the metallic shell and the insulated housing. Each abutting plate (EMI plate) includes a main body and elastic arms outwardly extending from the main body. Each elastic arm includes a terminal contact portion and a shell contact portion. The terminal contact portion is extending toward a corresponding recessed hole of the insulated housing and contacts one or more first ground terminal of the first terminal module or one or more second ground terminal of the second terminal module. The shell contact portion contacts an inner surface of the metallic shell. Therefore, the high frequency features of the connector can be optimized effectively and resonant problems of the connector can be improved.

A reinforcing structure of an electrical receptacle connector includes an insulation housing, a terminal group, and a reinforcing sheet. The insulation housing includes a substrate and a tongue portion extending to one side of the substrate. The tongue portion includes a top surface, a bottom surface, and a front side surface between the top surface and the bottom surface. The terminal group is provided on the bottom surface, and includes a power supply terminal and a grounding terminal. A contact wall is formed between the power supply terminal and the front side surface, and the reinforcing sheet is provided on the top surface. The reinforcing sheet includes a front baffle and a recessed portion, the front baffle is fixed on the front side surface, and the recessed portion inwardly curves to be formed on the front baffle and corresponds to the contact wall.

Reinforcing structure of electrical receptacle connector

A connector receptacle includes an insulating housing, a plurality of contacts, a protective plate, and a metallic shell. The insulating housing includes a base portion and a tongue portion extending from the base portion. The tongue portion defines a plurality of receiving slots through the base portion. The contacts are inserted into the receiving slots, and a power contact exists among the contacts. The protective plate includes a planner main portion and two connecting arm portions. The planar main portion is disposed on the tongue portion, and includes a planar section, a front section, a side section, and a connecting section. One lateral side of the planar section is a cutting notch exposing parts of the tongue portion which corresponds to the power contact. The cutting notch prevents the power contact and the protective plate from contacting while connecting with a plug, so as to secure the safety.

Connector receptacle

A waterproof electronic receptacle connector includes a plastic-core housing, an insulation housing, terminals, a waterproof ring gasket and a sealing material. The plastic-core housing includes a through hole. The insulation housing is configured in the through hole and includes a base and a tongue plate. The base includes an inner side plane facing toward the through hole and an outer side plane facing toward an outside of the through hole. The tongue plate is extended from the inner side plane. The terminals are passing through the base. Each terminal includes a contacting end extended from the tongue plate and a welding end connected to the contacting end and extruded from the outer side plane. The waterproof ring gasket is abutted between the base and an inner wall of the through hole. The sealing material is formed on the outer side plane to fill gaps between the terminal and the base.

Waterproof electronic receptacle connector

An electrical plug connector includes an insulated housing, conductive terminals, and a metallic shell. The insulated housing includes a base portion and recessed portions configured at two sides of the base portion. The conductive terminals are held at the base portion. The metallic shell includes a body shell, two stopping pieces, two holding portions, and an extending sheet. The body shell encloses the base portion and defines two engaging grooves. The stopping pieces are protruded out of lateral inner surfaces of the body shell to engage with the recessed portions. The holding portions allow connections of portions of the body shell spaced by the engaging groove and hold two sides of the circuit board from moving. Engaging pieces of the extending sheet are engaged with the circuit board to prevent the circuit board from being detached from the insulated housing to prevent charging or data transmission failure.

A micro electronic plug connector includes an insulation housing, a first terminals, a second terminals, a metal shell and a connecting portion. The insulation housing includes a base member, a first tongue plate and a second tongue plate. The first and second tongue plates are extended from one side of the base member. The first and second terminals are disposed at the first and second tongue plates, respectively. The metal shell encloses the insulation housing and includes top and bottom lateral walls arranged with each other to form first and second frame windows. The bottom lateral wall includes a protruding portion, which includes a top plane adjacent to the top lateral wall, disposed between the first and second frame windows. An interval is defined between the top lateral wall and the top plane for disposing the connecting portion.
