The electronic device of the present disclosure comprises a processing circuit, which is configured to: generate first downlink control signaling, wherein the first downlink control signaling comprises first frequency-domain indication information and first beam indication information, and a frequency-domain resource indicated by the first frequency-domain indication information is the same as a frequency-domain resource corresponding to a beam indicated by the first beam indication information; and send the first downlink control signaling to a user equipment. By means of the electronic device, the wireless communication method and the computer-readable storage medium according to the present disclosure, it is possible to improve a process for indicating a beam and a frequency-domain resource where the beam and the frequency-domain resource are bound.
