There is provided an organic light emitting device having a lower substrate, a first electrode formed on lower substrate, an organic emission layer for emitting white light formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed on a first part of the organic emission layer; and a third electrode formed on a second part of the organic emission layer, wherein the third electrode has a different light transmittance rate than the second electrode, and wherein the first part of the organic emission layer corresponds to at least one of a red subpixel region, a green subpixel region and a blue subpixel region, and wherein the second part of the organic emission layer corresponds to a white subpixel region.

Organic light emitting device

An organic light emitting device utilizing the micro-cavity effect in the RGB subpixel regions while suppressing the micro-cavity effect in the white subpixel region is provided. The organic light emitting device includes a lower substrate, an anode formed on the lower substrate, an organic emission layer formed on the anode, a cathode formed on the organic emission layer, and a reflection decreasing layer formed on at least a portion of the cathode for reducing reflection of the light emitted from the organic emission layer by the cathode to reduce the micro-cavity effect. Such a selective use of the micro-cavity effect in the organic light emitting device improves the color accuracy, the luminance efficiency and the lifespan of the top emission type organic light emitting device.

Disclosed is an energy storage system provided with a wired and wireless energy transfer function. Energy storage system with wired and wireless energy transfer function

An LCD device and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The LCD device includes a data driver, a detection unit, and a power mode control option generation unit. The data driver controls a consumption power of an output buffer which outputs an image data signal to a liquid crystal display panel. The detection unit detects a low power driving mode interval for driving the data driver at a first consumption power. The power mode control option generation unit transfers a second power mode control option to the data driver during an interval other than the low power driving mode interval, and transfers a first power mode control option to the data driver during the low power driving mode interval.

Liquid crystal display device and driving method thereof

The liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel including first sub-pixels for charging a data of a polarity opposite to a prior horizontal period, and second sub-pixels for charging a data of a polarity identical to a prior horizontal period; a data driver for driving a plurality of data lines of the liquid crystal display panel; and a timing controller for dividing a charging period of the data into a plurality of charging periods, generating at least one compensation data for compensating a data on at least one of the plurality of charging periods, and supplying the at least one compensation data to the data driver.

The picture mode controller for flat panel and flat panel display device including the same includes an input unit to input a first timing signal indicating transmission sections for pixel data, and a second timing signal indicating a transmission time of each pixel data, a pseudo timing signal generating unit to generate a first pseudo timing signal to be used as the first timing signal, a first selecting unit to selectively output the first timing signal and the first pseudo timing signal to allow one of a video picture mode and a black picture mode to be designated, and a selection control unit to control a selecting operation of the first selecting unit based on whether the first timing signal is input from the input unit and whether a period of the second timing signal changes.
