A method is provided for rebuilding a flash translation layer table of a solid state drive. The superblock includes plural superpages. Each of the plural superpages includes plural physical pages. The method includes steps of confirming if the flash translation layer table is lost or not after the solid state drive is powered on; if the flash translation layer table is lost, starting a superblock scanning method for determining a status of the superblock; and rebuilding the flash translation table according to the status of the superblock. The superblock scanning method includes steps of reading contents of a first physical page and a last physical page of a last superpage in the superblock, and determining a status of the superblock according to the contents of the first physical page and the last physical page.

Method for rebuilding flash translation layer table of solid state drive

A data management method for a solid state storage device is provided. The solid state storage device includes a memory cell array. The memory cell array is divided into first-portion logical blocks and second-portion logical blocks. The data management method includes the following steps. Firstly, a write data of plural pages from a host are stored into a first logical block of the first-portion logical blocks. Then, a specified operation is performed on the write data of the plural pages, so that a parity data is acquired. Then, the parity data is stored into a second logical block of the second-portion logical blocks.

Solid state storage device and data management method

A data programming method for a solid state drive is provided. The solid state drive has a flash memory with plural blocks. If a garbage collection is determined to be performed, a first open block is selected from the plural blocks of the flash memory for storing a moved valid data corresponding to the garbage collection. Then, the moved valid data corresponding to the garbage collection is programmed into the first open block. A second open block is selected from the plural blocks of the flash memory for storing a write data from a host.

Solid state drive and data programming method thereof

A projection touch system configured for detecting a position of a touch object and a projection touch method thereof are provided. The projection touch system includes an invisible light source, a projection panel and a light detector. The projection panel includes a transparent plate and a fluorescent film. An invisible light beam emitted by the invisible light source scans back and forth on the projection panel. A first fluorescent light beam and a second fluorescent light beam are emitted from the fluorescent film excited by the invisible light beam. When the touch object is touched to the projection panel, a portion of the invisible light beam is reflected to the fluorescent film, and the second fluorescent light beam is emitted. The light detector detects the second fluorescent light beam relative to the first fluorescent light beam by an intensity level to determine the position of touch object.
