A computer device including integrated communications antennas is disclosed. In the computer device, a first antenna is disposed above a display panel in a hinge-up portion of the laptop computer, and a second antenna is disposed below the display panel. A signal divider circuit is coupled to a radio module, wherein the signal divider circuit is configured to send a first frequency range to the first antenna via a flat printed circuit radio frequency (FPC RF) cable, and a second frequency range to the second antenna.

Antennas in thin devices

In example implementations, a mobile device is provided. The mobile device includes a first antenna, a second antenna, a radio module and a memory. The radio module includes four antenna ports. The first antenna is in communication with a first port of the four antenna ports and the second antenna is in communication with a second port of the four antenna ports. The memory stores a configuration of the radio module that deactivates a third port and a fourth port of the four antenna ports of the radio module.

Radio module configurations for antennas

In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a wearable communication device is described. The device includes a housing to be worn by a user and an antenna structure disposed within the housing. The antenna structure includes a substrate, a first antenna array disposed on a first surface of the substrate, and a second antenna array disposed on a second surface of the substrate. The antenna structure also includes a reflective wall facing the second surface.
