A stent device with skirt folds and a processing method thereof, a skirt folding method, and a heart valve. The stent device comprises a stent () and a flexible skirt (), the skirt () having an expanded state, in which the skirt is axially extended and surrounds the stent () before release thereof, and a folded state, in which the skirt is driven by the deformation caused when the stent () is released, collapses and folds axially along the released stent () so as to form an annular peripheral leakage-blocking portion. The peripheral leakage prevention technology enables an interventional stent to fit to the inner wall of a vessel more snugly, such that the stent does not easily move and is more stable, thereby being suitable for more people, reducing additional risks of surgery and preventing complications such as peripheral leakage and thrombus. The present disclosure can provide better blood dynamics, increase the crawling capability of endothelial cells of a host, reduce the probability of occurrence of endocarditis, and restore a normal blood supply functionality of vessels.

Stent device with skirt folds and processing method thereof, skirt folding method, and heart valve

An easy-to-control interventional instrument delivery device, comprising a core tube (), a guiding head () and a fixing head () being fixed onto the core tube (); the guiding head () is fixed at a distal end of the core tube (), and the fixing head () extends from a proximal end side of the core tube (), an interventional instrument mounting position being located between the guiding head () and the fixing head (); the outer periphery of the interventional instrument mounting position is provided with an axially skiable outer sheathing tube (), further being provided with a floating limiting strip (); a proximal end of the floating limiting strip () is a starting end () that is connected near the fixed head (), and a distal end is a terminal end () that floats between the interventional instrument mounting position and the outer sheathing tube (). The easy-to-control interventional instrument delivery device is capable of fastening an end portion of a valve stent () during stent release so as to prevent the stent () from completely falling out during release, and reduces the relative friction between the delivery device and the valve during stent release and recovery.

Easy-to-control interventional instrument delivery device

A delivery system facilitating retrieval of interventional device includes a sheath, an operation handle for driving the sheath to move, and a tube axially slidably engaging with the pusher section. The sheath includes a carrier section at a proximal end for surrounding the interventional device and a pusher section connected with the carrier section. Depending on different axial positions, the tube assumes an initial configuration in which a proximal end portion thereof is at a periphery of the pusher section, and an operation configuration in which the proximal end portion is held tightly around the carrier section and limits further expansion of the carrier section. The delivery system functions to hold the support frame tightly by surrounding the sheath with the axially movable tube, retrieving the support frame and preventing the support frame from falling off from a core shaft, thereby reducing risks in surgery and the mortality rate. The tube may be manually driven or driven in other ways, which is convenient to coordinate with known control handles or sheaths.

Delivery system facilitating retrieval of interventional device

A heart valve assembly has a frame comprising an anchoring section, a generally cylindrical leaflet support section, and a neck section that transitions between the anchoring section and the valve support section. The anchoring section has a ball-shaped configuration defined by a plurality of wires that extend from the leaflet support section, with each wire extending radially outwardly to a vertex area where the diameter of the anchoring section is at its greatest, and then extending radially inwardly to a hub. A plurality of leaflets are stitched to the leaflet support section. The heart valve assembly is delivered to the location of a native pulmonary trunk, the vertex area of the anchoring section is deployed into the native pulmonary arteries such that the vertex area is retained in the pulmonary arteries, and then the leaflet support section is deployed in the pulmonary trunk.

Transcatheter pulmonary ball valve assembly

A heart valve assembly has a heart valve assembly that has a wire frame comprising an anchor section, a generally cylindrical valve support section, and a neck section that transitions between the anchor section and the valve support section. The wire frame includes a plurality of supports extending radially outwardly in an annular manner about an upper end of the valve support section, and the anchor section has an annular flange that extends radially therefrom, so that an annular space is defined between the annular flange and the annular supports for receiving or capturing the native annulus when the heart valve is deployed. The heart valve assembly also includes a leaflet assembly having a plurality of leaflets that are stitched to the valve support section and which are positioned on an inflow side of the neck section.

A heart valve assembly has a frame comprising an inflow section, an outflow section, and a connecting section that is located between the inflow section and the outflow section. The inflow section has a plurality of legs that extend radially outwardly, and the connecting section has a greater flexibility than the inner section. The assembly also includes a plurality of leaflets coupled to the connecting section, a valve skirt extending from the leaflets towards the inflow section of the frame, and a cuff section, with the legs and the cuff section together defining a cuff for engagement with a native annulus.

A heart valve assembly has a leaflet support structure and a leaflet assembly. The leaflet support structure has a wire frame that supports the leaflet assembly. The leaflet assembly has first and second separate leaflets, each of which is comprised of a skirt section and a sinus leaflet section. Each skirt section has a flange portion and a body portion that has a smaller diameter than the flange portion, with the body portion having opposing side edges, and a curved opening defined by a first stitching edge at about the central portion of the body portion. Each sinus leaflet section has an outflow edge, and a curved second stitching edge, with the sinus leaflet section stitched to the skirt section along the first and second stitching edges. The opposing side edges of the body portion of the first leaflet are stitched to the corresponding side edges of the body portion of the second leaflet.

A heart valve assembly has a frame having an anchoring section defined by a plurality of rows of cells, with each cell defined by a plurality of struts that encircle each cell, and a pair of legs extending from the anchoring section. The assembly also includes a leaflet assembly that has a plurality of leaflets that are stitched to the legs. The heart valve assembly is delivered to the location of a native mitral annulus, and the anchoring section is deployed inside the left atrium such that the anchoring section is completely retained in the left atrium, and the legs and leaflets extend through the native mitral annulus.

A heart valve assembly has a heart valve assembly that has an anchor section, a generally cylindrical valve support section, and a neck section that transitions between the anchor section and the valve support section. A plurality of supports extend radially outwardly in an annular manner about an upper end of the valve support section, and the anchor section has an annular flange that extends radially therefrom, so that an annular space is defined between the annular flange and the annular supports for receiving or capturing the native annulus when the heart valve is deployed. A fluid purging system has a spring-energized relief valve having an inlet port that is coupled to a fluid chamber to receive incoming fluid, and an outlet port through which incoming fluid is relieved. The outlet port is fluidly coupled to a pressurized chamber. The fluid purging system also includes an electro-mechanical pressure switch, and an electrically operated solenoid valve which functions as a pressure exhaust valve. The pressure switch and the solenoid valve are in fluid communication with the pressurized chamber.
