The OLED display device includes a substrate, a first electrode located on the substrate, a pixel defining layer located on the first electrode to expose a part of the first electrode, a fluorine-based polymer layer located on the pixel defining layer, an organic layer located on the first electrode, and a second electrode located on the entire surface of the substrate. The method of manufacturing the OLED display device includes forming a first electrode on a substrate, forming a pixel defining layer on the first electrode, forming a fluorine-based polymer layer on the pixel defining layer, patterning the fluorine-based polymer layer and the pixel defining layer by laser ablation to open a part of the first electrode, forming an organic layer on the opened first electrode, and forming a second electrode on the entire surface of the substrate.

A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes preparing a substrate, forming a spacer on the substrate along an edge of the substrate, forming a driving circuit and an organic light emitting diode on the substrate to be surrounded by the spacer and forming an encapsulation thin film so as to substantially cover the driving circuit and the organic light emitting diodel. The mask that is used in the forming of the driving circuit and the organic light emitting diode is supported by and contacts the spacer.

A mask includes a transparent substrate including a transmitting region; a reflective layer pattern on a first surface of the transparent substrate other than the transmitting region; and a scattering unit on at least one of the first surface or a second surface opposite the first surface of the transparent substrate, and the scattering unit is at a position corresponding to the reflective layer pattern. Provided is a high-quality sign board including an organic light emitting device (OLED) which can be easily adapted to various designs applied by users to the sign board. The sign board includes a substrate, a plurality of first conductive lines disposed on the substrate, a plurality of pixel electrodes electrically connected with the first conductive lines, an intermediate layer comprising a light emitting layer disposed on the pixel electrodes, and a face electrode disposed on the intermediate layer. In another embodiment, the sign board further includes a plurality of second conductive lines, each of which connects at least two of the first conductive lines to each other. In still another embodiment, the plurality of pixel electrodes includes a plurality of first pixel electrodes electrically connected with the first conductive lines, and a plurality of second pixel electrodes that are not electrically connected with the first conductive lines.

Sign board

A flat panel display device is disclosed. In one embodiment, the flat panel display device includes i) a semiconductor layer including a channel region and a groove, wherein the channel region electrically connects a source electrode and a drain electrode, and the groove is configured to separate the channel region from adjacent thin film transistors and ii) a stop layer formed below at least a portion of the semiconductor layer. According to one embodiment of the invention, a semiconductor layer can be easily patterned without using a dry or wet etching technique such as photolithography.

Thin film transistor and flat panel display device including the same

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device and a method of fabricating the same. The OLED display device includes a substrate, a thin film transistor on the substrate and including a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode. A passivation layer is on an entire surface of the substrate including the thin film transistor. A planarization layer is on the passivation layer. A first electrode is on the planarization layer and electrically coupled to any one of the source electrode or the drain electrode. A metal mixture layer is on substantially the entire surface of the substrate and includes a conductive region and a non-conductive region. An organic emitting layer and a second electrode both are on the metal mixture layer.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed.
