Provided are an ink composition usable in a solar battery manufacturing process, a method of forming a pattern using the ink composition, an insulation film formed of the ink composition, and an etching mask formed of the ink composition. The ink composition includes: a) a polymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond; b) a fluorinated surfactant; and c) a solvent, wherein the ink composition has a solid content of 45 parts by weight to 99.99 parts by weight.

Ink composition usable in solar battery manufacturing process, and method of forming pattern using the same

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a color filter and a color filter manufactured by using the same. More particularly, the present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a color filter, which includes performing plasma treatment of a black matrix (BM) pattern formed on a substrate to increase a difference in ink repellency of the black matrix pattern and a pixel unit, and a color filter manufactured by using the same. When the production method of the present invention is used, it is possible to provide the color filter in which color mixing does not occur in a pixel unit or between pixel units during discharging of ink by using an inkjet printing process, discoloration due to unfilling does not occur, a surface is uniform, and there is an insignificant step in the pixel unit or between the pixel units.

Method for manufacturing color filter and color filter manufactured by using the same

Provided is an ink composition for manufacturing color filters. The ink composition includes an acrylic binder resin obtained by polymerizing the group of monomers containing a compound represented by Formula 1. The ink composition has good chemical resistance and adhesive properties and is used for manufacturing color filters exhibiting a high contrast ratio: (where Ra is &#x2014;H, or &#x2014;CH, and Rb is an alkyl group having 6-30 carbon atoms).
