A method for generating an alert and/or a notification to a system user is provided. The method may include using a receiver to receive a user selection to capture a generated alert and/or report. At a point that is later in time than the user selection to capture, the method may further include using the receiver to receive a user instruction to recall the captured alert and/or report. The method may also include using the processor to update the fields associated with the captured alert and/or report. In addition, the method may include using the processor to display the alert and/or report based on the updated fields.

Methods and apparatus for analyzing and replicating databases are provided. Methods may include receiving an accounts receivable information query from a system user. The accounts receivable information query may include a payment. The payment may include a credit card payment, an EFT, a paper check and any other suitable payment. Methods may include reviewing a central database for information pertaining to the accounts receivable query. The central database may include replicated credit card databases, replicated EFT databases, replicated paper check databases and any other suitable databases. Methods may include locating, in the central database, an invoice which may exceed a threshold level of correlation to the account receivable information query. Methods may include displaying to a system user the accounts receivable information query and the corresponding invoice. Methods may include presenting to the system user a user-selectable option to reconcile the invoice with the account receivable information query.

Method and apparatus for replicating and analyzing databases

Apparatus and methods are provided for viewing a check image and selecting a check service to be applied to a check. Check services may include a pay/return decision. The check images may be presented in a carousel view without pop-up windows. The user may import pre-selected check services such as stop payments. Check images may be marked with a status indicator. The status indicator may correspond to a check service applied to the check or a reconciliation error associated with the check. A user may receive notifications of pending expiration of an applied check service. The user may select and apply a check service at any time during a clearing process of the check. User may search for checks and check images based on the check service applied to the check. Search results may include check images and may be transmitted to a requested location such as via e-mail.

Systems and methods for cash positioning and cash reporting are preferably provided. A system for cash reporting and cash positioning according to the invention may include a controller module and a web service module. The controller module may be adapted to receive a selection to update a data store. The web service module may be adapted to receive a call from the controller module. The call from the controller module may be sent in response to the selection to update the data store. The web service module may be configured to retrieve bank account information data in response to the call from the controller module.

Systems and methods for cash positioning and reporting

Apparatus and methods for bill integration are provided. Checks issued by a bill-pay vendor may be integrated into a daily issue file and be presented to a user for review. The review may include selecting one or more check service to be applied to a check. The presenting may including marking checks and images corresponding to items received from a bill-pay vendor. Credit card transactions initiated via a bill-pay vendor may be integrated into the daily issue file. Checks received from the bill-pay vendor may be numbered into a range that is not a user-generated range. Bill-pay integration may include just-in-time funding of payments initiated through the bill-pay vendor. The daily issue file may be accessed via a mobile device, and may be filtered based on an entitlement associated with the mobile device.

A method for integrating a dynamic token generator into a mobile device is provided. The method may include displaying a display. The method may also include transmitting a serial number to a provider. The method may also include receiving a quick response ('QR') code from the provider. The QR code may contain token activation information. The token activation information may relate to the validated token serial number. The token activation information may include the serial number, an activation code, and an activation password. A dynamic token generator may be configured to internally recognize and scan in the quick response code displayed in the display. The dynamic token generator may also be configured to activate an OTP seed application using at least some of the information stored in the quick response code.

Method and apparatus for integrating a dynamic token generator into a mobile device

A method and apparatus that improves the operation of treasury management functionality for a cash positioning and reporting system is provided. Several portions of the payment process may be improved. The initiation process may be streamlined by providing supplemental contact information. Transactions may be initiated from trusted templates or groups of templates. Likewise transfers between internal accounts may be created. At each stage of the process views of current transaction/transfer initiations may be viewed. Transactions that have been successfully initiated may be confirmed. Incomplete or unsuccessful initiation may be reconciled for further action by a user. Templates and transfers may be grouped and sorted.

Method and apparatus for initiating a transaction on a mobile device

Apparatus and methods for providing a dynamic payment generator are provided. A customer of a financial institution may desire to conduct a transaction involving a transferor or transferee financial institution without prior knowledge regarding unique and specific information required by the transferor or transferee institution. In some embodiments, apparatus and methods may detect information entered by the customer and dynamically prompt the customer for additional information required by the transferor or transferee institution. Apparatus and methods may pre-fill fields on a form displayed to the customer with information required by the transferor or transferee institution.

Apparatus for coordinating a rule-based relationship between a bank, a vendor and a merchant is provided. The apparatus may include a vendor data platform, a vendor payment platform and a vendor clearing platform. The vendor data platform may receive a vendor name, a vendor identification number and vendor banking information and may this information into a third party database maintained by a third party. The vendor payment platform may receive the vendor identification number and a payment amount electronically associated with the vendor identification number without the banking information and transmit, to the third party, the vendor identification number and the payment amount. The vendor clearing platform may receive, from the third party, the payment amount and the banking information, and may transmit information to a clearing house. The information may initiate a transfer of funds into a vendor bank account.

Cloud-based data augmentation

Systems and methods for global information reporting are provided. A global information reporting system according to the invention may include a database configured to store reporting information, memory configured to store execution instructions and a processor coupled with the database and the memory. The processor is configured to execute the instructions. Preferably the system incorporates HTML with active areas. The active areas load small Java&#xae; applets, permitting rapid page loads. The Java&#xae; applets facilitate manipulation of the viewable portion of reports. The same applets can search data in the viewable and the non-viewable portions of the data set. Sticky notes may be attached to reports or transaction to 'follow' the data during storage and provide persistent reminders.
