The system may include one or more processors and memory that may store instructions that are configured to cause the system to perform a method. For example, the system may receive a first alert from a first application and determine, using a machine learning model, whether the first alert is similar to a previous alert. The determination may be based on the second alert satisfying a predetermined similarity threshold. When the first alert is similar to the previous alert, the system may associate a previous rating label with the first alert, the previous rating label being asssociated with the previous alert and transmit the first alert with the previous rating label to one or more user devices for display.

Systems and methods for prioritizing alerts

Systems and methods are disclosed herein for recommending solutions to execution errors of software packages. An error message related to compilation or execution of computer code is received and, based on a vector representation of the error message and vector representations corresponding to message threads from one or more collaborative messaging systems, a set of message threads that match the error message is identified. Furthermore, a known error message that matches the set of message threads is identified and updated computer code is generated based on the known error message. The updated computer code is then provided to a client device.

Error handling recommendation engine

A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for subscription-based notifications of events in enterprise systems. A plurality of notification message delivery channels for delivery of one or more notification messages to one or more user devices is identified. The notification messages are received from one or more software applications and correspond to one or more events associated with the software applications. A first notification message delivery channel is selected from the plurality of notification message delivery channels for delivery of the received notification messages based on one or more subscriptions associated with the user devices to the events. The subscriptions are configured using one or more subscription preferences received from the user devices. The received notification messages are transmitted to the user devices using the selected first notification message delivery channel.

Centralized subscription-based enterprise notification system

Disclosed are hardware and techniques for correcting computer process faults by identifying risk associated with correcting a computer process fault and computer processes that may depend on the corrected computer process. The interdependent computer processes in a network may be determined by evaluating a stream of process break flags from a monitoring component coupled to the network. Each computer process break flag in the stream of computer process break flags indicates a process fault detected by the monitoring component and is correlated to a corrective response. The break flag and the corrective response are assigned a risk. A risk matrix accounts for interdependencies between computer processes and identified corrective actions. A final response strategy that corrects the computer process faults is determined using the assigned risk and computer system interdependence. A runbook stores the final response strategy, which may be updated based on changing computer process interdependencies and assigned risk.

Technology system auto-recovery and optimality engine and techniques

In some implementations, a device may receive, from a data stream, a set of data points arranged in a dimensional data space. The device may compare the set of data points to identify one or more clusters using values of a distance parameter for data points included in the set of data points, wherein the values of distance parameter includes different values of the distance parameter for different data points. The device may transmit an indication of the one or more clusters to cause a device to display information associated with the one or more clusters. The device may receive, from the device, feedback information associated with at least one data point, wherein the feedback information indicates that at least one data point is associated with an error. The device may modify a value of the distance parameter associated with the at least one data point to a modified value.

Variable density-based clustering on data streams

Disclosed are hardware and techniques for building runbooks for new computer-implemented processes by correlating break events from the new processes with break events extant in existing runbooks for existing computer-implemented processes. In addition, fix events associated with the correlated break events are evaluated to determine the likelihood that they will be able to fix the error condition which caused the break event from the new process. The fix events are presented to a human operator who may select and test each fix event to determine if the error condition is directed and, if so, the correlated break event associated with the fix event are merged together and added to a new runbook for the new computer-implement process.
