The present disclosure is directed toward systems and methods generating a survey response based on an analysis of a communication provided by a user. The systems and methods may include receiving a data package sent in response to detecting a trigger event performed by a user, analyzing the data package to determine a user identification for the user, a user input, or an event type, and based on the analysis of the data package, identifying a first survey inquiry within a first electronic survey. Furthermore, the systems and methods may include formatting the first survey inquiry in an instant messenger format, providing, via an instant messenger platform, the formatted first survey inquiry to an instant messenger communication thread associated with the user, receiving an instant message response, and based on the instant message response, generating a survey response to the first survey inquiry.

Distributing electronic surveys through a messenger platform

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to customizing an electronic survey using social networking information. One or more embodiments of a survey system receive social networking information associated with a respondent from a third-party social networking system in connection with a request to provide a survey to a client device of the respondent. One or more embodiments of the survey system use the social networking information to determine a plurality of survey questions for the electronic survey. Additionally, one or more embodiments of the survey generate a customized electronic survey to include the plurality of survey questions and then provide the customized survey to the respondent's client device.

Generating customized surveys using third-party social networking information

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to generating, conducting, and reporting digital surveys utilizing augmented reality devices and/or virtual reality devices. In particular, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems and methods assist administrators in generating digital surveys utilizing interactive virtual environments via a virtual reality device and/or augmented reality elements via an augmented reality device. Similarly, the disclosed systems and methods can provide digital surveys via augmented reality devices and/or virtual reality devices, for instance, by monitoring user interactions via the augmented reality and/or virtual reality devices and providing digital surveys based on the monitored user interactions. Furthermore, the disclosed systems and methods can present survey results and allow administrators to interact with survey results utilizing augmented reality devices and/or virtual reality devices.

Conducting digital surveys utilizing virtual reality and augmented reality devices

This disclosure generally covers systems and methods that provide guidance to create an electronic survey. In some embodiments, the systems and methods identify and provide a suggested survey topic&#x2014;with a corresponding option to create an electronic survey&#x2014;based on user input. In some embodiments, the systems and methods identify and provide one or more suggested electronic survey questions based on user input. In such embodiments, the systems and methods provide, for example, components of suggested electronic survey questions, previously composed and benchmarking electronic survey questions, or suggested revisions to electronic survey questions. In addition, the systems and methods can provide entire premade electronic surveys based on receiving user input from a survey administrator.

Guiding creation of an electronic survey

The present disclosure is directed toward systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating conversational survey questions. The systems and methods analyze a received survey question response to identify characteristics of a survey response, including topics and other response features. For example, the systems can determine a sentiment associated with a given product or service that a respondent expresses within a response. Based on the determined sentiment, and further based on a set of logic rules received from a survey administrator, the systems and methods generate provide conversational follow-up questions associated with the identified product or service.

Providing a conversational digital survey by generating digital survey questions based on digital survey responses

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to administration of an electronic survey to collect perception ratings for an event. For example, an electronic survey system provides a perception survey question to a respondent client device for an event (e.g., a digital media event or a live user experience). As a user associated with the respondent client device experiences the event, the user indicates a perception rating over time for the event by interacting with a graphical input element corresponding to the perception survey question. The survey system collects perception data points indicating the perception rating of the user and associates information about the user with the perception data points. The survey system can generate response data for the perception survey question based on the perception data points. The survey system can also generate a perception data report using the user profile information.

Providing analysis of perception data over time for events

This disclosure generally covers systems and methods that, in some embodiments, provide an electronic survey template for creating a user customizable electronic survey including authentication features. Those authentication features include, in some embodiments, authenticating questions with elements that capture a digitally drawn signature, digital image, fingerprint, or voiceprint. Certain embodiments of the disclosed systems and methods provide a graphical user interface comprising an electronic survey template with a menu of survey question types, including an option to create authenticating questions within the electronic survey template. Some embodiments of the disclosed systems and methods also provide functions and features that allow users to preview a customized electronic survey template as an interactive electronic survey or to preview individual electronic survey questions as interactive electronic survey questions.

Authenticating a respondent to an electronic survey

In one or more embodiments, systems and methods allow a user to easily create an electronic survey by simply including a survey system as a party in a communication (e.g., an email address associated with a survey system being included in a meeting invite). In addition, the systems and methods provide for distributing the created electronic survey to a user based on the user being included as a party within the communication (e.g., an email address associated with the user being included in the meeting invite). Accordingly, the systems and methods create an electronic survey, and distribute the electronic survey to parties of a communication based on a user including a survey system as a party of the communication.
