In an aspect, provided is an adjustable telescoping assembly. The adjustable telescoping assembly comprises a first support member and a second support member that is slidable upon the first support member and which defines an interior volume. At least one damping element is provided that extends from outside the second support member, through the second support member into the interior volume and engages the first support member.

A chair, primarily for office use, is disclosed with a backrest that supports the user with a flexible mesh material combined with a frame that is shaped to project the mesh forward to support the user without coming into direct contact with the user. The central portion of the backrest frame is recessed relative to the top and bottom portions. The backrest frame is also bowed inward at the bottom with the top edge of the frame projected forward such that the mesh material supporting the user is suspended out and away from the main portion of the backrest frame.

A one piece molded push on tamper resistant closure suited for reusable bottles such as rnilk bottles comprises a cap portion and a latch ring portion connected thereto by frangible tabs. Rupture of the tabs serves to detach the cap portion to permit its removal from the bottle, while simultaneously opening the latch ring portion to permit it to be removed laterally from about the neck of the bottle. The closure may also include a pull tab disposed on the cap portion to provide a levered fore for rupturing the frangible tabs.
