A power conversion device includes: a first low voltage side circuit and a first high voltage side circuit which are connected via a first transformer; and a second low voltage side circuit and a second high voltage side circuit which are connected via a second transformer, wherein switching timings of the first high voltage side circuit and the second high voltage side circuit are controlled such that a current difference of an input current to the first low voltage side circuit and an input current to the second low voltage side circuit during a step-up operation becomes smaller than a predetermined value. A driver circuit to output a drive signal of a switching element may be included in at least one of the first low voltage side circuit and the second low voltage side circuit.

Power conversion device and power supply system using same

To suppress a temperature increase of a transformer. A transformer includes a core, a primary winding, and a secondary winding. The core includes a primary core and a secondary core disposed on a side of the primary core. The primary winding includes a first primary winding wound around the primary core and the second primary winding wound around the secondary core and electrically connected in series to the first primary winding. The first primary winding is disposed such that a direction of a magnetic flux on an inner peripheral side of the first primary winding induced by the first primary winding is opposite to a direction of the magnetic flux on the inner peripheral side of the second primary winding induced by the second primary winding. The secondary winding is wound such that a winding axial line of the first primary winding and a winding axial line of the second primary winding are formed on an inner peripheral side of the secondary winding.

Transformer and power converter using the same

As an object of reducing a noise resulted from the mutual influences between circuit-configuring components, a DC-DC converter includes a high voltage circuit section that is electrically connected to a transformer, a low voltage circuit section that is electrically connected to the transformer, a housing in which the high voltage circuit section and the low voltage circuit section are accommodated, a control circuit board that controls the driving of the low voltage circuit section, and a frame that supports the control circuit board. The frame is arranged on a position facing a bottom surface of the housing while crossing the low voltage circuit section. The housing includes a first wall that separates a first space in which the high voltage circuit section is accommodated and a second space in which circuit components configuring the low voltage circuit section are accommodated. The frame forms a second wall that protrudes toward a direction approaching a leading end of the first wall.

DC-DC converter

To effectively suppress radiation and mixture of noise superimposed on a power line into a connection detection line. A power conversion device includes a connector having a wiring line which transmits DC power; and a housing in which the connector is arranged. The connector has a connection detection wiring line which detects whether the connector is connected with an external circuit. An opening part which connects with the connector is formed in the housing. An annular core formed of a magnetic substance is inserted through the opening part. The annular core is an annular member formed with a through-hole. The wiring line and the connection detection wiring line are introduced into an inside of the housing through the through-hole of the annular core.
