A DVS-BCB polymer film is grown by heating a divinyl siloxane bisbenzocyclobutene (DVS-BCB) monomer in a vaporization controller with continuously supplying; supplying a carrier gas and maintaining a partial pressure of the DVS-BCB monomer at a state lower than a saturated vapor pressure, thereby to vaporize the monomer; transporting the carrier gas containing the DVS-BCB monomer from the vaporization controller to an evacuated reaction chamber; and spraying the gas on the heated surface of a substrate in the reaction chamber.

Growth method of a polymer film

A pair of flanges are mounted on a spool of a photographic film cassette so as to come into contact with end faces or outermost convolution of a film roll wound on the spool, so that a film leader can be advanced out of the cassette shell by rotating the spool in an unwinding direction. The flanges are formed from a polyphenylene ether group resin composition, which is composed by mixing styrene group resin with polyphenylene ether resin in a weight ratio from 60:40 to 10:90, and mixing 6 to 19 parts by weight of elastomer per 100 parts by weight of said mixture of styrene group resin and polyphenylene ether resin.

An improved phase locking system in which an independently reproduced video signal is coded into a digitized video signal in response to a first clock pulse train, the first clock pulse train being produced from a synchronizing signal and/or a color burst signal contained in the video signal. The digitized video signal is stored and storage location as well as delay prior to storage is controlled in response to the phase difference between the synchronizing signal and a reference signal. The improved phase locking system reduces the frequency of occurence of visual shifts on the reproduced television picture.

A digital transmission system wherein a signal to be transmitted is represented by a plurality of parallel data bits, each of said data bits having a positional significance ranging from a most significant data bit to a least significant data bit. Each of said data bits are assigned to one of a plurality of data transmission highways based on the positional significance of the data bit. Failure of a particular highway results in a reassignment of the data bits to the highways so that transmission degradation is minimized.

System for reducing transmission problems in a parallel digital data

A phase locking system locks at least one incoming composite video signal to the synchronizing signals of a second, reference wave. The incoming signal is strobed at a rate dependent upon the incoming color subcarrier into a memory, essentially on a field-by-field basis. Circuitry is provided by grouping the fields on a repeating field-tagged basis (groups of four for the NTSC signal format) to maintain signal integrity.
