Nozzle device

A locking member is mounted to the housing to be able to move in the outer diameter direction by a tapered portion of the tubular body, when the tubular body is inserted. The housing is equipped with slits formed to pass a curved portion bent in the inner diameter direction disposed at a leading-end side of the locking member and to lock with the engagement portion of the tubular body mounted on the housing. A gap is disposed between the curved portion, and the end portion of the slit positioned at a side in an opposite direction to the leading-end side of the locking member, so that there is no contact while at least the locking member is moving.

A device for spraying a fluid on a vehicle camera includes a flow passage for connecting a suction portion with a discharge portion; a cylinder for communicating a pressure chamber in front of a piston with the flow passage; a drive mechanism for the piston including a motor; a first valve located between the suction portion and the pressure chamber, and functioning such that the first valve opens when the piston moves backward and closes when the piston moves forward; a second valve located between the pressure chamber and the discharge portion, and functioning such that the second valve opens when a pressure in the pressure chamber reaches a predetermined value by a forward movement of the piston; and a casing for housing the flow passage, the cylinder, the drive mechanism, the first valve, and the second valve to be combined with the vehicle camera.

Closure device

A fluid discharge mechanism includes a valve chamber having a linking portion linked to a pressurization space for a fluid, a first communication portion formed on a side opposite to the linking portion, and a second communication portion formed at a location between the linking portion and the first communication portion; a main flow channel communicating the second communication portion with a discharge opening; a sub-flow channel communicating the first communication portion with the main flow channel; and a valve member located inside the valve chamber and formed so as to move forward to the first-communication-portion side when the pressurization-space side reaches a predetermined pressure, to open the second communication portion, thereby performing the discharge, and so as to move backward to the communication-portion side after completion of the discharge.

Fluid discharge mechanism and spray device for fluid

A closure device of the present invention includes two closure elements, and two sheet materials for integrally disposing the two closure elements. Each of the closure elements includes a base portion, a drawstring portion integrally extending from the base portion, and an adjustment portion including an engaged portion having a shape engageable with the drawstring portion. The base portion of one closure element of the two closure elements and the adjustment portion of the other closure element of the two closure elements are integrally disposed on one of the sheet materials, and the adjustment portion of one closure element and the base portion of the other closure element are disposed integrally on the other of the sheet materials.

A connector includes a cylindrical connector housing having through-holes extending in a circumferential direction formed on right and left, a cylindrical male member to be entered into the connector housing and having a circumferential groove conforming with the through-holes in a state wherein the male member enters into the connector housing; and an elastic lock member including an intermediate portion, and right-and-left leg portions projecting to right and left from the intermediate portion to be received into the through-holes. Sliding inclined surfaces to be engaged with loose ends of the leg portions of the lock member are provided on an outer periphery of the connector housing. The lock member takes an engagement position where the leg portions enter into the circumferential grooves from the through-holes; and a release position where the leg portions escape toward the through-holes from the circumferential groove.

Connector

A lock mechanism of a tubular body includes a housing to which a tubular body is mounted, a lock member locking and unlocking the housing and the tubular body, and a ring member rotatably attached on an outer periphery of the housing and moving the lock member between a lock position and an unlock position. When a locking portion of the lock member is locked to a locked portion of the housing, the lock member is retained in the unlock position. When the tubular body is inserted in the housing to unlock the locking portion and release an urging force accumulated in the lock member, the lock member moves to the lock position together with the ring member to lock the tubular body. When the ring member is slid in an axis direction of the tubular body after being locked, the tubular body can be locked with one touch.

Lock mechanism of tubular body

A tubular-member lock mechanism includes a cylindrical housing to which a tubular member having an engagement portion at one end is mounted, and a lock member for engaging or releasing the housing and the tubular member. The housing includes a lock-member guide wall turnably guiding the lock member, at least two sliding surfaces with different inclinations wherein a tip portion of the lock member slides by turning the lock member, and a slit through which one portion of the lock member passes to engage the engagement portion of the tubular member mounted to the housing. The lock member, at a standby/lock position, engages the engagement portion formed on an outer periphery of the tubular member, and the lock member, at a release position where a rotational load is applied, spreads by the sliding surfaces having the different inclinations releases the engagement portion of the tubular member.

Tubular-member lock mechanism

A connector includes a male member mounted on a connector housing, and a lock member which can engage and disengage between the connector housing and the male member. The connector housing includes a lock-member guide wall guiding the lock member; an engagement projection engaging with one portion of the lock member, and restricting the lock member from descending; a sliding surface where a tip portion slides accompanied by a movement of the lock member; and a through-hole through which one portion of the lock member held by the lock-member guide wall passes, and which is formed to engage with an engagement portion formed on an outer periphery of the male member mounted on the connector housing. In the lock member, the movement is restricted by the engagement projection, and after an engagement with the engagement projection is released, the lock member descends to prevent an unprepared release and ensure safety.

A connector with a connection verifying mechanism is made with a relatively small number of components, and to reduce movement of a locking member that undetachably fixes a counterpart for size reduction. The connector () includes a housing () having an insertion hole () into which a pipe () is inserted, a locking member () that is attached to the housing and driven from an initial position to a locked position by the pipe to undetachably fix the pipe at the locked position and an identifying member () that is provided in the housing and has display pieces () that differ from the locking member in color, and the locking member shield the display pieces at the initial position and exposes the display pieces at the locked position.

When releasing a connection between a second tube member and a first tube member, a ring member is moved, whereby an inclined surface of a bump part and an inclined surface of a bump part of a cam part slide, and a stopper rotates from a coupled position to an uncoupled position. Thus, a coupling between a leading end part of a claw part of the stopper on the second tube member, and a coupling surface of a coupling-accepting part on the first tube member is released. In connecting the first and second tube members, when the first tube member is pushed into the second tube member with the ring member in the locked position, the claw part of the stopper is elastically deformed, whereby the leading end part of the claw part rides past the coupling-accepting part, and couples to the coupling surface of the coupling-accepting part.

A catcherincludes a catcher stopper, a holderfor a striker, and a biasing memberfor the catcher stopper and the holder. When the catcher stopperis projected by the biasing member, the holderis set in a forward position and in a non-holding state, and when the holderis set in a backward position and in a holding state, the catcher stopperis withdrawn. The recess Mb has an engageable holeformed therein for engagement with the catcher stopper, and a force is stored in the biasing memberwhen the catcheris set in a reference position where the catcher stopperis brought into engagement with the engageable hole. The stickerenters the holderof the catcherwhen the catcher is set in the reference position since the movable member M is moved forward to a self-propelled movement start position.

Self-propelled forward movement mechanism of movable body and sliding door

A runnerincluding a strikerin a lower portion; a catchercorresponding to the strikerand engaging a movable bodyin a reference position R; and an urging devicestoring an urging force when the catcheris in the reference position R, are provided. The catcherin the reference position R captures the strikerof the runnerstopped and engaged with a railin a self-propelling start position SA of the movable body, and upon this capture, an engagement between the catcherand the movable bodyis released. At the same time, due to a backward movement of the movable bodyfrom the stop position SA, the catcheris positioned in the reference position R again, and releases the strikerof the runner. An engagement between the runnerand the railis subsequently released.
