Plural magnetic sheets () are laminated in circumference direction to form a cylindrical laminated core. Magnetic sheets () adjacent to each other have coupling point () at an upper section or a lower section and gap () on an opposite side of coupling point (). Coupling point () is prepared at upper section (), then lower section (), and upper section () then lower section () alternately. This structure allows assembling a radial laminated core with ease.

A turntable device includes a disc base on the circumference thereof, and the disc base has a hardness more than a given level. The surface of the disc base is roughened at a given level in order to prevent the disc from slipping and adhesion to the disc base. The disc base can compensate surface wobble caused by the disc base. A manufacturing method of the turntable device includes the steps of: a) dripping liquid resin mixed with fine particles on the circumference of the turntable; and b) hardening the resin to form the disc base. The turntable device is good for e.g. CD players, optical disc driving apparatuses.

In a stator for an electric motor, insulating members are formed on laminated iron cores divided for each pole-tooth unit in the direction of the output shaft and windings are applied perpendicularly to the pole-tooth portions in a high-density alignment. After a predetermined number of the laminated iron cores are combined so as to form a cylindrical configuration, they are welded at the outer end portions of the dividing surfaces in the direction of lamination so as to construct an integral structure stator with rigidity, thereby enabling high densification of the windings (conductor space factor of 70%) and space-savings in the winding end portions. Further, as any joint portions between the pole-tooth portions are not necessary, reduction (5 to 10%) in motor efficiency due to such joint portions can be prevented, and, as any integrally forming by resinous members is not necessary, inter-winding short-circuiting is not caused. Welding may be replaced by adhesive bonding. Otherwise, an annular member may be employed to form an integral structure of the divided iron core lamination.

Stator for an electric motor

A stator of a dynamo-electric machine includes core pieces obtained by laminating iron plates divided in a circumferential direction per pole-tooth unit and having projecting and recessed engaging parts at their dividing faces, and then welding the iron plates by laser at their inner and outer peripheries. A winding part is formed around each pole-tooth unit of the core pieces. A predetermined number of the core pieces are bonded into the loop, with the projecting and recessed engaging parts engaged with each other and rigidly welded at outer peripheries of bonding faces by laser in a laminating direction.
