A network services bridge system including a direct service access ('DSA') platform is provided. The DSA platform includes a processor configured to receive a request data signal including one or more identifiers, and query a registered services database using the one or more identifiers, where the query returns an identification of a plurality of services for which the one or more identifiers is registered. The processor is also configured to receive, from a first services platform, a first services result signal indicating a result of an application of a first service to the request data signal, receive, from a second services platform, a second services result signal indicating a result of an application of a second service to the request data signal, and transmit a response data signal that includes a consolidated response code indicating whether the authorization process should be completed based on the first and second result signals.

Systems and methods for implementing off-network services

In a first party mode, a peer-to-peer transfer application: authenticates the party to an identity server; obtains an amount of funds to be transferred; causes the identity server to establish a session for storing information relating to the transaction; provides the amount to the identity server; provides account information for the party to the identity server; obtains a token unique to the transaction; obtains contact information for the counterparty; and provides a message including the token to the counterparty to indicate the transaction has been initiated. In a second counterparty mode, the application: receives a message including a token for a transaction from a first party; authenticates the counterparty; determines the counterparty wishes to complete the transaction; and uses the token to provide account information for the counterparty to the identity server for storing in association with an established session and to enable the identity server to complete the transaction.

System and method for performing peer to peer transfers

A computer-implemented method for applying enrichment services hosted on a second interchange network to a payment transaction initiated over a first interchange network is provided. A transfer process module hosted on the first interchange network receives a first service request from a requestor, formatted in accordance with a first set of proprietary communications standards associated with the first payment network, and transforms the first service request to a second service request formatted in accordance with a second set of proprietary communications standards associated with the second payment network. An enrichment services computer system hosted on the second interchange network receives the second service request and generates a first service response formatted in accordance with the first set of proprietary communications standards. The first service response is transformed at the transfer process module to create a second service response formatted in accordance with the second set of proprietary communications standards.

Systems and methods for processing off-network transaction messages

A method for retrying processing of a controlled payment transaction includes: storing, in a first database, account profiles, each including data related to a transaction account including an account identifier and account controls; storing, in a second database, the account profiles stored in the first database, wherein data in each account profile in the second database corresponds to data in the corresponding account profile in the first database; receiving an authorization request for a transaction, the request including a specific account identifier and transaction data; determining an approval or denial of the transaction based on the account controls included in a profile in the second database including the specific account identifier and the transaction data if an attempt to determine approval or denial based on the account controls included in a corresponding account profile in the first database fails; and processing the payment transaction based on the determination.

Method and system for retry processing of controlled payment transactions

A computer-implemented method for applying payment services to a payment transaction over a first payment network using a payment services computer system hosted on a second payment network is provided. The method includes receiving a service request at the payment services computer system from a requestor. The service request has a first format that is readable by the second payment network. The method includes determining, at the payment services computer system, the payment services the service request is registered to receive. The method includes processing the service request by applying the registered payment services to the service request. The method includes generating, at the payment services computer system, a services response. The services response is generated based on the registered payment services and the payment transaction data. The method additionally includes transmitting the services response to at least one of the cardholder and the requestor.

Computer systems and methods for identifying a potentially fraudulent payment card transaction in progress, and mitigating losses arising from completion of a fraudulent payment card transaction are provided. The computer system is programmed to receive an authorization request message for authorization of a payment card-initiated transaction, when the transaction is initiated using a payment card that includes a first security device operable for transactions initiated within a predefined geographic region and a second security device operable for transactions initiated both within the predefined geographic region and outside of the predefined geographic region. When the transaction is initiated outside the predefined geographic region, the computer system compares data on the payment card to stored data corresponding to a plurality of payment cards previously-approved for transactions outside of the predefined geographic region approval, and applies one or more sets of rules to the transaction as appropriate.
