The disclosure relates to an electronic unit with a circuit board having at least one component arranged on a main surface of the circuit board and a casing element, which incorporates the at least one component, as well as with an ESD protection arrangement for the circuit board. According to the disclosure, open areas on the circuit board, which are not covered by the casing element, are covered with a gold layer directly mounted on a copper surface of the circuit board.

A control unit for a vehicle component, such as a transmission, is constructed by transferring electronic components from a rigid circuit board to a flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board is guided through a housing that accommodates the rigid circuit board and a portion of the flexible circuit board. Data transmission through data paths is synchronized using a symmetrical clock signal. In order to avoid dynamic hazards, which arise due to different delay times during data transmission in the data paths, an intermediate storage element is respectively arranged in each data path. It does not forward the received data signals into the subsequent circuit blocks until towards the end of the clock signal impulse used for the synchronization of the data transmission.

A voltage stabilizer configuration includes a voltage stabilizer having an in-phase-regulated actuator driven by a stabilized control voltage, a first network producing the control voltage and a second network. A stabilized output voltage is generated from a variable input voltage and is fed to a voltage regulator having a regulated output voltage supplying an electronic circuit and a reset circuit with voltage. A voltage signal of the electronic circuit and the input voltage are fed to the second network of the voltage stabilizer, so that a voltage is produced which is linked to the first network through an impedance. The voltage of the second network is approximately twice as large as the input voltage and interacts with the control voltage.
