A handle return assembly removably attachable to an escutcheon. The removably attachable assembly may include a housing to be attached to the escutcheon and a hub rotatably disposed within the housing for operably connecting an operating handle to a drive spindle. A torsion spring may bias the hub toward an initial position. At least one stopper plate may interact with the cartridge housing for limiting rotational motion of the hub relative to the housing. Selectively positioning the stopper plate and the spring relative to the housing provides the assembly with the ability to provide a right-handed operation and a left-handed operation.

Threshold cap

A threshold having a threshold cap. The threshold cap has an aperture through its top wall. The threshold also includes a pin capture positioned below the threshold cap and corresponding in location to the aperture. The pin capture is positioned to receive a pin passing through the aperture.

Entryway with articulating threshold

A spacer for sealing a joint between a first component and a second component of an entryway. The spacer may include substantially rigid support and a first gasket having a first uncompressed thickness (T). The first gasket is attached to a first surface of the support. The first surface has at least one first boss extending therefrom by a distance (D) such that (D) is less than (T). The at least one first boss is configured to abut a portion of the first component to provide the desired compression of the first gasket between the first component and the support.

Door sweep

An articulating threshold cap for use with a sill. The cap may include a substantially rigid body. The body can have a top wall, a first channel disposed below the top wall, the first channel configured to be engaged with a dam of the sill, and a second channel disposed below the top wall. The cap may also include a spring positioned below the top wall and at least partially within the second channel. The spring is configured to bias at least a portion of the top wall upward.

An adjustable length astragal having a housing with an upper shoot bolt and a lower shoot bolt positioned adjacent opposite ends of the housing. An actuator is attached to the housing, connected to and configured to simultaneously extend or retract the upper and lower shoot bolts. An adjustable connection assembly is provided between the actuator and at least one of the shoot bolts. The connection assembly adjusts the distance between the actuator and the respective shoot bolt in each of the shoot bolt's extended and retracted positions.
