A piston-cylinder assembly, in particular for pneumatic, hydraulic or mechatronic systems, includes a cylinder housing and a piston. The piston is coupled to a piston rod and disposed in the cylinder housing such that it can move along a longitudinal axis. A measuring device for detecting piston or piston rod position is provided inside the cylinder housing.

A gear actuator for shifting a gear includes an alley switch actuator, a gear switch actuator and a shift finger, which can be moved by the alley switch actuator and the gear switch actuator for the purpose of transferring a switching movement to the gear. An alley switch sliding element is connected with the alley switch actuator, and a gear switch sliding element is connected with the gear shift actuator. The shift finger is supported movably at the alley switch sliding element and at the gear switch sliding element.

Piston-cylinder assembly having integrated measuring device

A cylinder includes a piston moving in a cylinder housing fastened to a cylinder rod and rotatable about a cylinder longitudinal axis, and a position sensor comprising a sensor magnet and a sensor element, which interacts with the sensor magnet and which is configured to detect a cylinder rod position relative to the cylinder housing. The sensor magnet is fastened on the cylinder rod rotatably with respect to the cylinder rod and is guided non-rotatably with respect to the cylinder housing.

Cylinder

A pneumatic cylinder includes a cylinder housing, a central piston displaceable longitudinally in the cylinder housing, a first trailing piston configured to work with a first trailing stop of the central piston and a first positioning stop on the cylinder housing, and a second trailing piston configured to work with a second trailing stop of the central piston and a second positioning stop on the cylinder housing. The cylinder housing comprises a base body in which the first trailing piston runs, a cylinder cover in which the second trailing piston runs, and an intermediate washer on which the first positioning stop and the second positioning stop are formed.

Pneumatic cylinder

An apparatus for connection to a transmission actuator of an engine transmission includes sensors for sensing transmission shifting positions of a shifting device. An interface transfers the evaluation signals of the sensors to the control electronics of the transmission actuator. The sensors are arranged such that their spacing from the interface () is smaller than the spacing between the interface and the sensed shifting device.

Apparatus for sensing gearbox shifting positions

A pneumatic component includes a cylinder, a piston running in the cylinder, and a grooved ring. The grooved ring seals the piston from the cylinder, and has a static side and a dynamic side. The static side of the grooved ring has at least two concentric microlips.

Pneumatic component

A transmission actuator for a transmission includes a split sensor configured to detect a switching position of a split phase rod of the transmission that can be longitudinally displaced in a split sensor measuring direction. The transmission actuator further includes a gate sensor configured to detect a gate rod position of a gate rod of the transmission that can be longitudinally displaced in a gate sensor measuring direction, and a gear sensor configured to detect a gear rod position of a gear rod of the transmission that can be longitudinally displaced in a gear sensor measuring direction. Two measuring directions extend substantially parallel and span a measuring direction plane, and a third measuring direction forms an obtuse angle with the measuring direction plane.

Transmission actuator

A position measuring apparatus includes (a) a sleeve that has an open first end and a second end opposite the first end, (b) a guide pin guided at least partly in the sleeve, (c) a spring, (d) a linear magnetic field sensor and (e) a magnet disposed adjacent to the linear magnetic field sensor. To avoid wear even in the presence of large temperature fluctuations, the magnet is disposed on a face of the guide pin facing the second end of the sleeve, and the spring is disposed between the second end of the sleeve and the magnet such that the spring urges the magnet against the guide pin.

Position measuring apparatus

A position measuring apparatus includes at least one bearing, a rod of magnetizable material guided in the at least one bearing, a linear magnetic field sensor, and a magnet disposed next to the linear magnetic field sensor. The rod includes a cutout, and the magnet is arranged in the cutout within an enveloping cylinder lateral surface around the rod.
