A method for transmission control in a multi-connectivity communication system comprises obtaining (S) of an indication of decreased data rate through a first transmitting node of a multi-connectivity communication system. At least a subset of packets, originally scheduled for, and buffered in, the first transmitting node is rescheduled (S) to at least one second transmitting node, different from the first transmitting node, of the multi-connectivity communication system, in response to the obtaining of the indication. A network node for transmission control is also disclosed.

Method and arrangement for flow control in a split path communication system

A method performed by a user device having a multiple connectivity configuration with a plurality of radio links to a plurality of network nodes in a radio communication network is provided. The user device can determine a change occurred in an amount of uplink data available for transmission in a first uplink buffer of the user device on a first radio link of a plurality of radio link to first network node. Responsive to the change, the user device can trigger a buffer status report for transmission to a second network node of the plurality of network nodes on a second radio link of the plurality of radio links for which a change in an amount of uplink data available for transmission in a second uplink buffer was not determined. A method performed by the first network node is also provided.

Methods for buffer status reporting in multiple connectivity and related apparatus

A method and network node for dual connectivity for a wireless device are disclosed. According to one aspect, a method in a network node is provided for use in a dual connectivity mode to communicate with wireless devices (WDs), according to a first radio access technology (RAT), and to communicate with WDs according to a second RAT is provided. The method includes scheduling uplink and downlink signals to be transmitted and received by a first set of WDs such that the first set of WDs are operable to: receive downlink signals and transmit uplink (UL) signals using the first RAT only in even Transmission Time Intervals (TTIs) of the first RAT; and transmit uplink signals using the second RAT only in in UL TTIs of the second RAT that do not collide with even TTIs of the first RAT.

Inter-modulation avoidance for transmission on different frequencies

Mechanisms are provided for uplink power control of a terminal device. A method is performed in a network serving the terminal device. The method comprises estimating average total uplink transmit power for the terminal device. The method comprises determining a dynamic power threshold from the average total uplink transmit power according to a back-off power control loop. In the back-off power control loop, a setpoint value of total average transmission power is compared with a value of the estimated average total uplink transmit power. One aspect of the disclosure provides a method for a terminal device in a wireless communications network, wherein the terminal device is configurable with a plurality of logical channel groups. The method comprises generating buffer status information and transmitting a message to a network node operative in the wireless communications network.
