Various embodiments provide a spike device for a sole of an anti-slid shoe. The device comprises at least a spike and a resilient member comprising an elastic diaphragm hving an inner portion and an outer portion. A spike unit comprising the spike is arranged in an opening in the inner portion of the elastic diaphragm such that the spike protrudes in an axial direction from the elastic diaphragm. The spike unit is movable in an axial direction and fixed in relation to the opening so as to allow the spike unit to move together with the inner portion of the elastic diaphragm. The spike device further comprises a guiding and supporting means for guiding the axial movement of the spike unit when the inner poriton moves in relation to the outer portion. A shoe comprising the spike device is also provided, having respective lower and upper sole members.

Spike device for an anti-slid shoe

The invention concerns a sole arrangement and a shoe comprising such a sole arrangement. The sole arrangement is characterized in that it comprises an upper sole member and a lower sole member wherein the lower sole member is positioned closer to the ground during normal use of the sole arrangement, said lower sole member being movably attached to the upper sole member allowing the lower sole member to move in a vertical direction relative to the upper sole member, a plurality of vertically extending spikes arranged inside the sole arrangement such that the spikes are moveable relative to the lower sole member, said lower sole member having a plurality of holes adapted to receive the spikes as to allow the spikes to protrude from the lower sole member in a downward direction, and a locking sole member located between the upper and lower sole members.

Sole arrangement and shoe

A device for auto-injection of a dose of medicament, comprises a housing arranged to contain a medicament container therein and a contact part intended to be applied against an injection site, a needle cover surrounding a needle arranged to the medicament container and extending at least the length of the needle, spring elements for, upon activation, pushing the needle past the end of the cover as well as operating the medicament container to supply the dose of medicament, first locking elements for locking the spring elements in a pressurized state, first activating elements for, upon manual operation, releasing the spring elements for injection. There is a second locking element capable of locking the first activating element and a second activating element, capable of releasing the second locking element when the contact part is exposed to pressure.

Auto-injector

An autoinjector for replaceable containers of syringe type, comprising a barrel of axially roughly constant cross-section, a front opening with or for an injection needle and at least one movable rear piston, optionally with a plunger connected thereto, inserted in the barrel for the displacement of a container content, the autoinjector comprising a) a housing, b) a container carrier, arranged for reception of the container and arranged movably in relation to the housing in container axial direction between a rear, needle-covering, position and a forward, needle-exposing, position, c) an autopenetration mechanism, comprising at least a penetration head and a penetration drive, the penetration head being arranged for movement of the barrel or carrier in the forward direction and the penetration drive being operable to apply force between the housing and the penetration head, d) an autoinjection mechanism, comprising at least an injection head and an injection drive, the injection head being arranged for movement of the piston or plunger in the forward direction and the injection drive being operable to apply force between the housing or the carrier and the injection head, e) optionally an autoreturn mechanism operable to apply force between the housing and the barrel or carrier for movement thereof in the rearward direction and f) a control system for sequencing the operation of at least the autopenetration and autoinjection mechanisms, at least comprising a releasable penetration lock for the autopenetration mechanism and a releasable injection lock for the autoinjection mechanism. The carrier is designed to accommodate either of at least two containers of different length and/or width and at least one damper arranged for energy absorption from the autopenetration and/or autoinjection movement.
