The method includes: switching (), in a magnetically-operated actuator, between a first mechanical state and a second mechanical state using either a first internal magnetization configuration or a second internal magnetization configuration; after the switching (), measuring (), by a magnetic sensor, a prevailing magnetic field caused by the magnetically-operated actuator, testing () the prevailing magnetic field against a predetermined condition, and based on the testing (), detecting () whether the switching between the first mechanical state and the second mechanical state was completed or not completed.

Electromechanical lock and method

Electromechanical lock and method are disclosed. The lock includes: a movable permanent magnet to move between a first position and a second position; a stationary permanent semi-hard magnet; and an electrically powered magnetization coil positioned adjacent to the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet to switch a polarity of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet between a first magnetization configuration and a second magnetization configuration. The first magnetization configuration of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet moves the movable permanent magnet to the first position. The second magnetization configuration of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet moves the movable permanent magnet to the second position. A magnetic axis of the movable permanent magnet is side by side with a magnetic axis of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet.

The invention relates to locks. More particularly, aspects of the invention relate to a lock that can be used to lock a door, and which features multiple modes to access the lock in order to open or close the lock. The disclosed lock combines different power sources with different access technologies resulting in a lock that will remain functional for a very long time without maintenance.

Method and means for multi access mode lock system

Electromechanical lock and method are disclosed. The lock includes: a movable permanent magnet to move between a first position and a second position; a stationary permanent semi-hard magnet; and an electrically powered magnetization coil positioned adjacent to the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet to switch a polarity of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet between a first magnetization configuration and a second magnetization configuration. The first magnetization configuration of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet attracts the movable permanent magnet to the first position. The second magnetization configuration of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet repels the movable permanent magnet to the second position. A magnetic axis of the movable permanent magnet is side by side with a magnetic axis of the stationary permanent semi-hard magnet.

Electromechanical lock. Actuator () comprises drive head () rotatable by electric power (). Access control mechanism () comprises driven gear () with cogs, and grip mechanism (). Drive head () comprises two pins () configured and positioned so that one of pins () is in notch between two cogs () of driven gear (). For opening, drive head () rotates driven gear () to open position (), by two pins () driving cogs () and overcoming grip mechanism (), and thereby setting access control mechanism () to be rotatable () by user. If external mechanical break-in force () is applied, drive head () remains stationary by at least one of pins () contacting at least one of cogs (), and by grip mechanism () holding driven gear () stationary in locked position ().

Electromechanical lock

Electromechanical lock utilizing magnetic field forces. An actuator is moved between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, a first permanent magnet directs a first magnetic field exerting a pushing force so that rotation of the first axle is blocked, and a second permanent magnet directs a second magnetic field exerting a pulling force so that the first axle is kept uncoupled with the second axle. In the unlocked position, the first permanent magnet directs a reversed first magnetic field exerting a pulling force so that the first axle is released to rotate, and the second permanent magnet directs a reversed second magnetic field exerting a pushing force so that the first axle becomes coupled with the second axle.

Electromechanical lock utilizing magnetic field forces

The invention relates to a testing adapter suitable for testing a wireless telecommunication device. The testing adapter comprises a first contact member and a second contact member, the first contact member and the second contact member having at least one degree of freedom relative to each other and arranged to provide an attachable and detachable mechanical coupling with a surface of a component recess of the wireless telecommunication device on the basis of the at least one degree of freedom.

A system for testing a mechanical input device of a wireless telecommunication device is provided, where the system comprises a pressure air regulator comprising: a receive unit comprising an inlet aperture and a first contact surface with at least one exit aperture connected to the inlet aperture; a distribution unit rotatably pivoted relative to the receive unit, the distribution unit comprising a second contact surface, which contacts the first contact surface and comprises at least two entrance apertures located at a rotational trajectory of the at least one exit aperture. The distribution unit further comprises at least two distribution apertures, each connected to an entrance aperture, thus providing pressure air when the entrance aperture overlaps with the exit aperture.
