Provided is an evaluation device which stores base information, base destination information, demand information, a route service tariff, and a route delivery tariff in a memory device. The evaluation device uses the base information, the delivery destination information, the demand information, and the route service tariff to create delivery course information relating to a route service which includes a delivery course along which a delivery vehicle delivers a quantity of cargo delivered to a delivery destination from a base to the delivery destination by a route service and a cost per delivery course, uses the base information, the delivery destination information, the demand information, and the route delivery tariff to create delivery course information relating to route delivery which includes a delivery course along which a delivery vehicle delivers a quantity of cargo delivered to a delivery destination from a base to the delivery destination by the route delivery and delivery cost of the delivery course, determines a delivery schedule by extracting the delivery course information from each of the bases configuring a combination of the bases for each combination of a plurality of the bases from a set of the delivery course information based on the delivery cost included in the delivery course information, and outputs a delivery schedule of each combination of the plurality of bases.

An image display device comprises a first control part, a first storage, and a display part. The first storage holds rendering elements, each of which includes a combination of rendering target information and rendering setting information, and a priority order assigned to each rendering element. The rendering target information includes data identification information which designates three-dimensional data of a rendering target and mask information which designates a rendering target area. The rendering setting information includes information which designates a two-dimensional image rendering method and rendering parameter. The first control part determines, based on the rendering setting information and the mask information, whether executing priority processing is necessary. If it is determined that it is necessary to execute the priority processing, either the mask information or the rendering parameter is modified, and a two-dimensional image is rendered based on the rendering elements whereupon the priority processing is executed.

Image display device, image display system, and image display method

In the present invention, when a 3D medical image is displayed on a 3D display, the position of accompanying information displayed at the same time is appropriately controlled. The position of the accompanying information in the coordinate system of a 3D signal value that is an item to be drawn is computed, and said position is saved in a storage unit. By integrating a 3D data area and an accompanying information area, a drawing process unit generates an output image to be displayed in a display unit, said 3D data area being drawn for an area specified by mask information that specifies an area to be drawn among an array of the 3D signal value that is the item to be drawn, and being drawn on the basis of information that specifies a drawing method for a 2D image based on the 3D signal value array, and said accompanying information area being drawn for the accompanying information, which is associated with the item to be drawn, and being drawn on the basis of position information for the accompanying information determined by a drawing control unit. The display unit displays the drawn output image.
