The invention relates to the field of petrochemistry, and specifically to a method for synthesizing high-octane oxygen containing components of motor fuel. The objects of the invention consist in variants of a method for synthesizing high-octane oxygen-containing components of motor fuel from olefin-containing gas mixtures via oxidative non-catalytic conversions using nitrous oxide, and the subsequent condensation and hydrogenation of the produced oxygenates using heterogeneous catalysts. The high-octane components according to the proposed method consist in a mixture of carbonyl compounds (ketones, aldehydes, hydroxy ketones, hydroxy aldehydes) C-Cand/or branched hydrocarbons C-Cand/or alcohols in different ratios. Depending on the production method variant, the octane number of a mixture of the proposed high-octane components consists in a value between 100 and 130 RON. The technical result consists in broadening the resource base for the production of high-octane gasolines and of a variety of environmentally-friendly high-octane additives.

Method for producing high-octane components from olefins from catalytic cracking

The invention relates to a method of producing carbonyl compounds, more particularly C-Cketones and aldehydes. The method is based on the gas-phase oxidation by nitrous oxide of C-Calkane-olefin mixtures, such as a butane-butylene fraction or a propane-propylene fraction, obtained by thermal and/or catalytic cracking, to produce C-Cketones and aldehydes. The process is carried out under continuous flow conditions at a temperature of 300-550&#xb0; C. and pressure of 1-100 atm, without prior isolation of individual olefins from the fractionation products and in the absence of a catalyst. The process provides for high productivity, high overall selectivity for ketones and aldehydes, and explosion-safe operation.
