Systems and methods are provided for providing document data. A host application is displayed on an interface of a computer system, where the host application includes an interface field that is linked to a document field of documents in a document management system. An enabler application captures a field value for the interface field and an operation identification from the host application. A context rule database contains a plurality of context rules that are accessed based upon the operation identification, where the context rule identifies a type of document that is relevant to the identified operation. A document management system is configured to be queried based on the field value and the relevant document type, where the document management system is configured to return document data based on said query, and where the interface of the computer system is configured to be updated based on the returned document data.

Computer-implemented document manager application enabler system and method

Systems and methods for retrieving documents stored in a document management system based upon data from an application. While an interface is displayed, associations are created between one or more fields on the application's interface and one or more retrieval-related attributes of the document management system. Data that is subsequently provided for the fields is used to retrieve documents from the document management system based the created associations. The data obtained is used for such other operations as generating bar codes and generating indexes for documents to be stored in a document management system.

A system and method for document management for processing forms on a personal computer while isolated from a network. The forms may be Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) forms stored on a personal computer isolated from a network. The forms have data fields for data submission. Data is input into a selected form and a submit command is executed to submit the entered data. Execution of the submit command stores the data to a file on the personal computer. Once the personal computer is connected to the network, the stored data is sent to a central computer connected to the network.

A computer-implemented system and method for retrieving documents stored in a document management system based upon data from an application. Systems and methods for replaying historical workflow information. Workflow information is collected while tasks and documents are being processed. The collected workflow information is stored in a database so that at a later point in time, the historical workflow information may be retrieved and provided to a user. Through computer-human interfaces, the user can move forwards and/or backwards while replaying the collected historical workflow information.

Computer-implemented workflow replayer system and method

Systems and methods to receive HL7 electronic medical data and to create an electronic indexing medical record based upon the received HL7 electronic medical data. The indexing medical record is provided to a document management system, wherein the document management system is configured to use the provided indexing medical record to index a medically-related document.
