In a pneumatic fender, reinforcing layers of a body portion and reinforcing layers of a predetermined range in the longitudinal direction of a fender near a boundary between each hemispherical portion and the body portion are formed by aligning cords of reinforcing layers of the body portion and that of the predetermined range in parallel, and in a neutral state without expansion, the cords of the reinforcing layers of the body portion meet each other and the cords of the reinforcing layers of the predetermined range meet each other, and cord angles A and B are each set to from 15&#xb0; to 45&#xb0; with respect to the longitudinal direction of the fender. When the interior of the fender is set to a specified internal pressure, the cord angles A and B increase to extent of a static angle, and the body portion and the predetermined range expand.

Pneumatic fender

The present technology provides a system for detecting the tensile force of a guy rope in a pneumatic fender capable of preventing the breakage of the guy rope, and a pneumatic fender. Tensile force data detected by a tensile force sensor detecting the tensile force of a guy rope is transmitted by a wireless transmitter, and is inputted to a computation device through a receiver. An alerting device issues an alert when the tensile data is at least equivalent to reference data previously inputted to the computation device.

Provided is a pneumatic fender that suppresses damage to a flexible hollow body and an energy-absorbing body and exhibits improved ship sway reduction effects. A pneumatic fender is provided with an orifice that allows for communication between an interior space of a flexible hollow body and the interior space of the casing, and a safety valve that opens and allows for communication between the internal space of the flexible hollow body and the internal space of the casing by opening when the internal pressure of the flexible hollow body reaches a predetermined pressure.

A computerof a ship monitoring devicearranges one kind of transmission data between two consecutive start control codes and two consecutive termination control codes. The computeralso arranges information indicating a type of the transmission data between the transmission data and the start control codes and between the termination control codes and the transmission data. In this way, the transmission data is transmitted in form of packet data. Therefore, transmission data in information communication between ships and sensed information in information communication of fenders can be easily distinguished from each other. In addition, a type of information transmitted as the transmission data can be easily identified.

Ship monitoring device

A pneumatic fender having a body portion is configured by laminating a plurality of reinforcing layers between the inner layer rubber and the outer layer rubber. Cords of reinforcing layers are laminated adjacent to each other. The cords intersect and are arranged at a predetermined cord angle with respect to the body axial direction. An intermediate rubber layer is interposed between each of the reinforcing layers. In an uninflated, neutral state, the thicknesses of the intermediate rubber layers are 1 mm to 5 mm, and the cord angle is set from 15&#xb0; to 45&#xb0;, so when the interior of the fender is filled with air to the prescribed internal pressure, the cord angle increases to a static angle while the intermediate rubber layers deform in shear, and the body portion increases in diameter and inflates.

A position of a target ship alongside is displayed in animation on a display unitby the computerbased on any one of the positional information on the target ship alongside, which is transmitted from an automatic identification system (AIS) of a target ship alongside and is obtained by an AIS communication unit, positional information on the target ship alongside, which is obtained by the GNSS communication unitfrom a global navigation satellite system, and positional information on the target ship alongside, which is manually inputted via an operation unit. Therefore, the latest position of the target ship alongside can be always displayed in animation.

The transmission device is constituted by transmitting units which are accommodated within a case in a state so that, in an xyz orthogonal coordinate system, in the z axis direction only two transmitting units are disposed adjacently and so that planar conducting plates are opposed to each other; in the x axis direction, two adjacent transmitting units are disposed so that one end portion of one unit and the other end portion of the other unit are adjacent; and in the y axis direction, two adjacent transmitting units are disposed so that one end portion of one unit and the other end portion of the other unit are adjacent.

Transmission device

Numeric values 'a' representing a respective order of transmission by a plurality of transmitting units, and a numeric value N representing the total number of transmitting units, are set for each of the transmitting units. At startup, a transmitting unit for which the value 'a' representing the order of transmission of the unit has been set to 1 sets a trigger value to N and transmits information about the value &#x201c;a&#x201d; of the unit and detection information from a sensor, and, when the value N is detected from a received signal, transmits the value &#x201c;a&#x201d; of the unit and detection information. A pneumatic fender management system that establishes a correspondence between a pneumatic fender in which an identification tag recording first identification information is embedded and a pressure sensor detecting a pneumatic pressure of the pneumatic fender and transmitting a detected value. The pressure sensor includes a sensor part detecting a pneumatic pressure of the pneumatic fender, a transmission part transmitting a signal from the sensor part; a reader part reading the information in the identification tag, and a control part having a memory part recording second identification information. The control part compares the first identification information read by the reader part with the second identification information in the memory part, and if the compared information is identical, causes the transmission part to transmit the pneumatic pressure information detected by the sensor part, and if the compared information is different, stops the sensor part and/or the transmission part.

Pneumatic fender management system

A method and a system for assisting steering and mooring alongside of vessels that enables operators to easily obtain physical relationship between two vessels and the states of mooring lines and fenders when the operators lay the two vessels aboard and moors them alongside for loading cargoes are provided. Physical relationship between a hull of the first vessel and a hull of the second vessel is calculated in the form of numerical data based on information on a reference position of a first vessel that is detected by a first GPS receiver, information on a reference position of a second vessel that is detected by a second GPS receiver, oscillation information on the first vessel, oscillation information on the second vessel, information on a distance between the two vessels that is measured by distance measuring device, coordinate data including hull outer shape and the like against the reference position for each vessel, and air pressure data for each fender. Information on the physical relationship between the hull of said first vessel and the hull of said second vessel based on the numerical data and the state of each fender are displayed on a first display device provided for a steering room of the first vessel and a second display device provided for a steering room of the second vessel by means of animation.

Method and system for assisting steering and mooring alongside of vessels

Provided is a flexible buoy lightweight, excellent in workability, and excellent in durability preventing the buoy from being damaged by contact and collision with another object. An airtight hollow structure () is formed of a flexible membrane made of rubber or resin, in which a reinforcement layer (C) is buried. A flange opening () having a gas inlet is fixed to at least one position of the hollow structure (). Buoyancy thereof can be controlled by using an internal pressure of a gas injected in the hollow structure ().
