The invention provides a grease composition for lubricating resins which contains a base oil, a diurea compound represented by formula (I) as a thickener: R&#x2014;NHCONH&#x2014;R&#x2014;NHCONH&#x2014;R(I) (wherein Rrepresents a bivalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 15 carbon atoms, and Rand Reach independently represent a straight-chain or branched alkyl group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms), and a chained hydrocarbon polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 20,000 to 300,000.

Grease composition for lubricating resins and electric power steering device

A grease composition is produced by mixing a thickener comprising a fluoro resin and a second thickener component (a metallic soap, a complex metallic soap, an N-substituted terephthalamic acid metal salt, organic bentonite or a calcium sulfonate complex) into a base oil. This grease composition is excellent in heat resistance, load carring capacity, water resistance, rust protection, lubricating life and the like. A rolling apparatus filled with the above grease composition has excellent lubricating ability and is long-lived under high-temperature conditions. Moreover, a grease composition is produced by mixing a thickener comprising a fluoro resin and carbon black as a second thickener component into a base oil. This grease composition is excellent in heat resistance, water resistance, rust protection, lubricating life, electric conductivity and the like. A rolling apparatus filled with the above grease composition has excellent electric conductivity and is long-lived under high-temperature conditions.

Grease composition and rolling apparatus

A grease composition with a thickener of a calcium sulfonate complex and a second thickener component in a base oil. The second thickener component may be, for instance, polyurea, a metallic soap, a complex metallic soap or an N-substituted terephthalamic acid metal salt. Alternatively, a grease composition with a thickener of an N-substituted terephthalamic acid metal salt and a second thickener component in a base oil. Furthermore, a grease composition with a thickener component of polyurea and complex metallic soap in an ester oil. Still further, a grease composition with a thickener of polyurea and a complex metallic soap in a base oil.

In a rolling bearing, a plurality of rolling elements are rollably retained by a retainer between an inner ring and an outer ring, while being substantially equidistantly arranged. The rolling bearing is filled with a grease composition which contains a base oil including of fluorocarbon polymer oil, and a thickening agent including a polytetrafluoroethylene. A conductive material is added in an amount of 0.1 to 10 wt %, based on the total weight of the grease composition, to the grease composition.
