A property calculation section of the controller calculates a horizontal distance between a boom proximal end portion and an arm distal end portion based on a detection signal input from an attitude detector, calculates a weight of the distal end attachment based on the horizontal distance and a detection signal input from a holding pressure detector in a state where a distal end attachment is disposed at a pressure release position, and calculates a gravity center position of the distal end attachment based on the weight of the distal end attachment, a detection signal input from the holding pressure detector, and a detection signal input from the attitude detector in a state where the distal end attachment is disposed at a displacement position that is a position different from the pressure release position.

Work machine

A working machine includes: a lower traveling body; an upper slewing body; a cab; a display device; and a detector. The upper slewing body is slewably mounted on the lower traveling body. The cab is mounted on the upper slewing body. The cab include: a front wall having a front window; a pair of left and right front pillars extending in an up-down direction respectively along left and right sides of the front window; and a pair of left and right side walls extending reward respectively from the left and right front pillars. The display device is disposed in a corner defined between one of the left and right side walls and the front wall in the cab while being fixedly attached to the one side wall or the front wall for displaying predetermined information. The detector is fixedly connected to the display device.

Working machine

A work machine includes: a load acquisition section which acquires a load of an object held by an attachment; and an estimative load determination part which determines, based on the load acquired by the load acquisition section, an estimative load of the object estimated to be discharged at a position above a destination in a discharge task when a predetermined estimative load determinative criterion is satisfied. The estimative load determinative criterion includes at least one of a criterion that a boom rising speed at which a boom rises in a rising direction reduces in a holding task, and a criterion that the boom rising speed reduces in a carrying task.

In a work machine, a load information output part outputs a load calculated by a load calculation part as load information before a piston member shifting toward a stroke end reaches a specific position, and a load storage part stores the load calculated by the load calculation part as a specific load when the piston member shifting toward the stroke end reaches the specific position. The load information output part further outputs the specific load as the load information after the piston member shifting toward the stroke end enters a specific region.

A construction machine is capable of reducing a decrease in work efficiency due to maintenance for capturing dust. The construction machine includes: an engine; a heat exchanger; a cooling fan that sucks air into an engine chamber to pass the air through the heat exchanger; an intake chamber independent of the engine chamber; an intake tube connected to the intake chamber; and a dust receiving part. The intake tube has a curved part, which has an outside inner wall surface allowing dust in the air to contact it. The dust receiving part is located downstream of the outside inner wall surface to be capable of receiving dust.

Construction machine

Provided is a gasket effectively suppressing heat transfer from an exhaust pipe with an injector retention section to a reducing-agent injector. The gasket includes a first plate to contact a retaining wall of the injector retention section, the first plate having a first opening allowing the reducing agent to be injected and a first bolt insert-through hole, a second plate disposed closer to the reducing-agent injector than the first plate, the second plate having a second opening allowing the reducing agent to be injected and a second bolt insert-through hole, and a spacing keeping member that retains a spacing between the first and second plates to form a heat insulation space therebetween. The heat insulation space has a shape allowing at least a part of the heat insulation space to communicate with the outside of the gasket between the first and second plates.

Reducing-agent injector gasket and exhaust-gas posttreatment apparatus including same

Provided is a construction machine capable of suppressing overcooling of fluid by heat exchangers, while requiring only a small space. The construction machine includes: a lower travel body; an upper slewing body mounted on the lower travel body and having an engine compartment; an engine compartment cover covering the engine compartment; an air filter which collects dust in outside air taken into the engine compartment and has a filter surface; a heat exchanger disposed downstream of the air filter in an air flow direction and having a core surface; an air filter holding section holding the air filter removably in an attitude opposing the filter surface of the air filter to the core surface of the heat exchanger; and a shut member installed removably on the air filter to shut at least a part of the filter surface.

Construction machine having cooling function

A reductant container having: a tank main body that accommodates a reductant; a heating member disposed in the tank main body and configured to generate heat so as to increase a temperature of the reductant; a covering member covering the heating member and having an inflow portion, the inflow portion allowing some of the reductant to flow into the covering member; a reductant supply pipe through which the reductant in the covering member is supplied to the outside of the tank main body; and a temperature measuring unit having a temperature sensor disposed in the covering member to sense a temperature of the reductant, the temperature measuring unit determining the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor, wherein the covering member has an upper wall covering the heating member from above, the upper wall having a lower surface that is inclined so as to be raised toward the temperature sensor.

Reductant container

The rear wall portion has a curved portion curved in an approximately arc shape in top plan view to serve as a right or left end thereof. An engine is provided on the upper frame at a position in front of the rear wall portion in such a manner that an interspace is formed between the engine and the curved portion. An exhaust aftertreatment device is provided in front of the rear wall portion while being superposed over the interspace. The exhaust aftertreatment device comprises a first treatment section and a second treatment section. The first treatment section and the second treatment section are supported over the upper frame in a posture where respective longitudinal directions of the first and second treatment sections are oriented parallel to each other in top plan view and along the curved portion in top plan view.
