Hair cosmetic composition

A leave-on hair cosmetic composition contains (a) malic acid or its salt, (b) lactic acid or its, and (c) an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of aromatic alcohols, N-alkylpyrrolidones, alkylene carbonates, polypropylene glycol, lactones and cyclic ketones. This hair cosmetic composition is excellent in the effect of substantially modifying the hair property to improve its sleekness, styling ease and touch feel.

Cosmetic hair preparation

Provided are a leave-on hair cosmetic composition, containing the following components (A), (B) and (C): (wherein, R: H, Calkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl, and n: 2 or 3), wherein the latter segment has been bonded to at least one silicon atom of the former segment via a hetero-atom-containing alkylene group; having the organopolysiloxane segment and the poly(N-acylalkyleneimine)segment at a weight ratio of from 98/2 to 40/60; and having a weight average molecular weight of from 50,000 to 500,000; and a hair treating method with the composition. The hair cosmetic composition of the invention can essentially improve the hair quality, give excellent luster, manageability, setting property to the hair, and also give excellent flexible hair feel and elasticity.

A hair warming tool is in the form of sheet and has at least one heating part in the center thereof and a margin around said heating part. It is designed to wrap tied hair in said heating part and to be held in place to keep the wrapping state by fastening the margin with a fastening means such as an elastic band, a string or a wire. A hair treating method comprises wrapping tied hair with a hair warming tool of sheet form having at least one heating part while leaving at least the part of the hair near the roots unwrapped to warm the hair.
