In this manner, the originating operation as to the telephone number stored in the telephone directory memory can be performed by inputting a numeral sequence corresponding to the storage address and depressing the send key, and the originating operation as to an arbitrary special telephone number can be performed merely by inputting a numerical sequence and depressing the send key. Accordingly, the communication terminal device can be obtained which can reduce the number of operations at the time of originating a call and hence provide excellent operability.
