An oil-cooled equipment harness includes a front end to be enclosed in a shielding case of an oil-cooled equipment for connecting to a terminal of a body of the oil-cooled equipment disposed in the shielding case, a wire including a conductor, a sheath including an insulating elastic member on a periphery side of the conductor, and a flexibility, a terminal fitting enclosing a portion of the conductor and a portion of the sheath of the wire, connecting to the conductor, and connecting to the terminal of the body of the oil-cooled equipment, a housing attached to shielding case and enclosing a periphery of the wire a predetermined distance away from the terminal fitting such that the wire is exposed from the terminal fitting, and an oil entry-preventing unit disposed between the wire and the terminal fitting for preventing oil in the shielding case from entering into the conductor.

An electrical wire holding device includes a seal retention member having an insertion hole configured to allow an electrical wire to be inserted therethrough, and housed in a mounting hole formed in a mounted member, an outer periphery seal member retained on an outer peripheral surface of the seal retention member, and sealing a gap between an inner surface of the mounting hole and seal retention member, and an electrical wire holding member juxtaposed with the seal retention member along the electrical wire, and having a fixing part configured to retain the electrical wire and fixing the electrical wire to the mounted member. The seal retention member is configured to be relatively movable to the electrical wire holding member.

An oil-cooled equipment harness includes a shielded wire including a conductor, a shielding layer on a periphery of the conductor, and a flexibility, a terminal fitting enclosing a front end part of the shielded wire, a housing enclosing a periphery of the shielded wire a predetermined distance away from the terminal fitting such that shielded wire is exposed from the terminal fitting, the housing including a flange, a first oil entry-preventing means disposed at a space between the shielded wire and the terminal fitting for preventing oil in the shielding case from entering into the conductor, and an oil leak-preventing means disposed at a space between the housing and the shielding case for preventing the oil in the shielding case from leaking out of the shielding case. The terminal fitting and the housing are relatively movable by the shielded wire exposed at between the terminal fitting and the housing.

A flexible, non-halogen electric wire comprises a conductor fabricated by twisting a plurality of strands and an insulator covering the conductor; wherein: the diameter of each of strands is 0.12 to 0.31 mm; the insulator includes an ethylene copolymer including 25 to 40 weight percent of vinyl monomer, which has an oxygen element in its molecular structure, other than vinyl acetate as a main constituent and also includes an elastomer as an accessory constituent; the main and accessory constituents are mixed to prepare a resin material; the resin material and a metallic hydroxide are mixed to prepare a cladding material; the conductor is covered with the cladding material; and the cladding material is then bridged to form a cross-linked resin.

Flexible non-halogen electric wires

A shield wire has a wire main body that has a conductor and an insulation covering the conductor. The conductor has a single wire or a stranded wire. A shield member is disposed on an outer circumference of the wire main body. The shield member has a tubular body having an inner sleeve, a braided shield and an outer sleeve, and a metal pipe is disposed on the outer circumference of the wire main body. The tubular body is electrically connected to the metal pipe at an end thereof. The shield wire further has a first connector member with a flange, wherein the first connector member is electrically connected to the tubular body at an other end of the tubular body where the tubular body is not connected to the metal pipe.

A termination structure of a cable with a shield layer wherein a part of a jacket of the cable is removed at an end of the cable to expose a part of the shield layer and the exposed part of the shield layer is grounded to a fitting object and the cable is fitted in water-tightness with the fitting object. The termination structure has: a metallic sleeve disposed on the jacket of the cable, the metallic sleeve being covered with the exposed part of the shield layer being folded at an end of the jacket; a cylindrical metal fitting being disposed on the periphery of the folded shield layer and swaged at a fixing section corresponding to the folded shield layer to fix the cable; and a heat-shrinkable tube disposed on the periphery of the cylindrical metal fitting and the jacket.

A terminal structure of cable with shield layer has: a metal tube one end of which is inserted between the insulation and the shield layer that are exposed by peeling a jacket of the cable and the other end of which is inserted into a penetrating hole in the attached object; a metal sleeve that is disposed on the shield layer and is fastened to make the one end of the metal tube closely contact the insulation; a heat shrinkage tube that covers the metal tube, the metal sleeve and the jacket and has a hot-melt layer formed at the inside of the heat shrinkage tube; and a shield member that is disposed on the other end of the metal tube such that the shield member closely contacts the wall of the penetrating hole to give a water-tightness therebetween.
