Intravascular devices and methods for intramural delivery of dissection fluids and infusates are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the systems include an infusion assembly that can access a vessel wall at a depth within a layer of the vessel wall and advance a tissue manipulation component at approximately the same depth within the vessel wall to create an intramural space within the vessel layer. The infusion assembly can further deliver an infusate that includes a therapeutic drug or other agent into the intramural space.

Intravascular devices and methods for delivery of fluids and therapeutic agents into blood vessel walls and intravascular structures

Described herein are methods and devices for selectively applying either fluids (e.g., anesthetics, nerve-blockers, etc.) or energy, such as radiofrequency or ultrasound energy, to a target tissue from within a blood vessel while minimizing the amount of fluid or energy applied to non-target tissue. The catheters described herein may include an elongate body, a directional injector, and one or more holdfasts for securing the catheter. In addition, catheters can include energy applying features for delivering energy to the target tissue.

Devices and methods for endoluminal delivery of either fluid or energy for denervation

According to some embodiments, the present technology includes device for removing obstructive material from a blood vessel lumen. For example, the device can comprise an elongated member, a cutting portion carried by a distal region of the elongated member, and a capture portion carried by the distal region of the elongated member. The cutting portion can comprise a blade configured to separate at least a portion of the obstructive material from the blood vessel wall, and the capture portion can comprise a mesh structure configured to enmesh and/or capture at least a portion of the obstructive material.

Transcarotid neurovascular catheter

The present technology is directed generally to devices, systems, and methods for capturing and cutting fibrous and trabeculated structures (such as synechiae) in vessel lumens. In one embodiment, the present technology includes an intraluminal tissue modifying system configured to capture the fibrous structures, put the fibrous structures in tension, and controllably cut through the fibrous structures without applying appreciable additional force to the vessel wall. The system may include an expandable capture device and a cutting device.

Intraluminal tissue modifying systems and associated devices and methods

Interventional procedures on the carotid arteries are performed through a transcervical access while retrograde blood flow is established from the internal carotid artery to a venous or external location. A system for use in accessing and treating a carotid artery includes an arterial access device, a shunt fluidly connected to the arterial access device, and a flow control assembly coupled to the shunt and adapted to regulate blood flow through the shunt between at least a first blood flow state and at least a second blood flow state. Methods and systems for establishing retrograde carotid arterial blood flow

Disclosed is an arterial access sheath for introducing an interventional device into an artery. The arterial access sheath includes an elongated body sized and shaped to be transcervically introduced into a common carotid artery at an access location in the neck and an internal lumen in the elongated body having a proximal opening in a proximal region of the elongated body and a distal opening in a distal region of the elongated body. The internal lumen provides a passageway for introducing an interventional device into the common carotid artery when the elongated body is positioned in the common carotid artery. The elongated body has a proximal section and a distalmost section that is more flexible than the proximal section. A ratio of an entire length of the distalmost section to an overall length of the sheath body is one tenth to one half the overall length of the sheath body.

Methods and devices for transcarotid access

A device is configured for closing an aperture in a wall of a blood vessel. An embodiment of the device includes a body and at least one suture element held within the body. A suture capture rod is positioned within the body and is operatively associated with the suture element and arranged to pass the suture element through a vessel wall such that opposed portions of the suture element extend from the vessel wall. A removable guidewire segment is removably attached to a distal end of the body.
