One method includes determining a plurality of parameters associated with a facility having a monitoring system, accessing a library of SOP templates to determine a particular SOP template having a correlation with the plurality of parameters, allowing a user to create an SOP by customizing the particular SOP template, and associating the created SOP with the plurality of parameters.

Devices, methods, systems, and computer-readable media for building data consolidation are described herein. One or more embodiments include a method for building data consolidation, comprising: receiving a plurality of representative drawings that comprise a portion of a building, determining a boundary and a location of each of the plurality of representative drawings, wherein the boundary and the location correspond to the building, and stitching the plurality of representative drawings into a combined representative drawing of the building based on the boundary and the location.

Devices, methods, and systems for providing building information modeling data are described herein. One system includes a database having complete building information modeling data associated with a building, and a computing device coupled to the database. The computing device is configured to receive, from a user of the computing device, a request for a particular scope of building information modeling data associated with the building, retrieve, from the database, the building information modeling data in the database that corresponds to the particular scope of building information modeling data requested by the user, and provide, to the user, the building information modeling data that corresponds to the particular scope of building information modeling data requested by the user.

Systems and methods for increasing an efficiency of an operator of a security system are discussed generally herein. A system can include a memory including ontology data saved thereon, the ontology data can define interrelationships between a scanner associated with access to a room of an area under surveillance, a camera with a field of view at least partially overlapping a footprint of the room, an identifier configured to be scanned by the scanner and associated with a person, and a security policy including one or more predefined conditions, which when satisfied, indicate when a security threat exists, the security policy includes a response an operator can perform if the conditions are satisfied, and the system can include a query module configured to receive a query and search the ontology data and temporal and spatial data associated with the area under surveillance in response to receiving the query.

Methods, devices, and computer-readable media for determining a deployment of an access control system are described herein. One method includes extracting a plurality of two-dimensional spaces from a building information model of a facility, determining a plurality of connections between the plurality of spaces, defining a zone of the facility, wherein the zone includes a subset of the plurality of spaces and a subset of the plurality of connections between the spaces, and associating an access reader with a particular connection of the subset of the plurality of connections located on a boundary of the zone.

These rules may be executed to modify the further processing of the signals. A signal for instance may be an alarm.

Methods and apparatus are provided for a scalable user interface system. A user interface is divided into general reusable user interface components and application specific user interface components. Next profiles are created for user interfaces based upon server capabilities and client side device capabilities and reusable user interface components are built for use in multiple profiles. Defined user interface scalability strategies are executed at runtime to build a user interface description using the user interface components. In this way, a user interface can be built from a user interface description by apportioning the building of the user interface description between a server and a client side device using the profiles. At the server, user interface components stored in memory are used to build a first portion of the user interface description while a second portion of the user interface description is built at the client side device and is combined with the first portion received from the server.

Scalable user interface system

A system and method for visualizing the location and movement of people in facilities. The facility is provided with a plurality of sensors such as RF or IR sensors that communicate with a badge worn by each individual and selected physical assets in the facility. The sensors send data to a processor which displays the data on a monitor in a form that permits ready visualization of the individuals, and allows the observer to select information as needed. The display may directly indicate certain specifics about an individual based on data stored in the processor or entered by the observer.
