The present invention relates to an electromagnetic motor, in particular a linear motor, and to active vibration-control apparatus including at least one such motor. Said motor has a plurality of actuators, at least of which are disposed side by side and operate in alternation to exert forces in opposite directions.

Electromagnetic motor and active vibration-controlling apparatus

An avionic tray is fixed to a shelf and comprises a base plate, side rails and a back plate. At least a forward end of the base plate of the tray is reinforced by a reinforcing plate fixed to the upper surface of the base plate. The part of the base plate carrying the reinforcing plate is stepped downwards so that the upper surface of the reinforcing plate is level with the surface of the base plate to the rear of the reinforcing plate. Fixing holes are provided in the reinforcing plate and the base plate for fixing the tray to the shelf by means of screws whose heads are housed in housings in the reinforcing plate.

Avionic tray

The shock absorber interposed between two pieces (1,3) comprises a sealed case with a deformable ring (4), a dividing wall (5) dividing the inside of the case into two compartments filled with liquid, a restricted passage (11) formed in a rigid ring (8) forming the periphery of the dividing wall and an impervious and continuous membrane (10) forming the center of the dividing wall. The periphery of one of the faces of the membrane is bonded to a flat annular bearing surface of the ring, a rigid floating washer (16) is added to the periphery of the other face of the membrane and two annular dividing walls (19 and 22) of the membrane mate on the inside with the ring and the washer.

Hydraulic membrane shock absorbers

The invention relates to damped elastic supports, comprising essentially, between two bases fixable to assemblies to be supported on one another, on the one hand a flexible wall defining one chamber designed to cooperate with another chamber and, on the other hand, at least one fluid-flow restricting orifice. This assembly is also completed outwardly by two elastic domes of elastomer combined with one mass. The assembly of this mass with another mass and with the damper device and the elastic membranes is calculated so as to permit a certain flexibility to be maintained, both for low frequencies and high frequencies. The invention is particularly applicable to automobile engine supports.

Elastic supports, notably for vehicle engine suspension

Plastic or elastomeric side elements of automobile bumpers are provided with shaped plates, attached thereto or embedded therein, which plates control the direction of buckling of the side elements when the bumper is driven inwardly upon impact of the vehicle. This inhibits damage to the fenders of the vehicle.
