A user interface for a snow groomer or other tracked vehicle, such as tracked carrier to carry and enable use of work equipment on various terrains, is provided. The user interface may comprise an input device, an output device and a controller. The controller is configured to receive from the input device an indication of a desired snow grooming distance, and the controller is further configured to measure a distance traveled by the snow groomer, and to cause the output device to convey a remaining distance to be traveled by the snow groomer, the remaining distance being the difference between the desired snow grooming distance and the distance traveled by the snow groomer.

Snow groomer or other tracked vehicle and systems therefor

A user interface for a snow groomer or other tracked vehicle, such as tracked carrier to carry and enable use of work equipment on various terrains, is provided. The user interface may have an input device, an output device and a controller. Embodiments of a manually operated valve for a shower installation system are described herein that include: an inlet and an outlet configured for installation of the valve along piping and a valve debit control mechanism including a valve chamber that defines a passage between the inlet and outlet, and a valve actuator that biases the valve debit control mechanism towards a closed position wherein the passage is obstructed and which is movable towards an opened position wherein the passage is opened when a triggering force is applied onto the valve actuator. The valve limits the consumption of water in a shower by automatically preventing the flow of water therethrough unless a user voluntarily triggers and maintains the opening of the valve.

Snow groomer

A level winder is provided for winding cable in a winch system. The winch is suitable for use on a tracked vehicle, such as a snow grooming vehicle, to assist the vehicle in maneuvering on steep inclines. The level winder uses a pivoting pulley assembly to feed cable onto and off of a drum.

A snow tiller ( ) suitable for grooming ski hills, trails, or other areas, provides an adjustable profile tiller assembly. The snow tiller ( ) is preferably pulled by a tracked vehicle ( ) and has a tiller assembly formed of a plurality of tiller subassemblies ( ). By varying the respective orientation of the tiller subassemblies ( ), the snow tiller ( ) can selectively provide coactive, level, convex, or more complex snow profiles depending upon the tiller configuration, snow conditions, and the intended uses. The snow tiller ( ) also provides a control system to substantially maintain a selected snow profile while selectively permitting individual tiller subassemblies to float, thereby reducing the possibility of damage. The assembly can simultaneously provide an automatic release mode to protect the equipment from damage.

Snow groomer having an improved variable geometry tiller assembly

The invention relates to an improved snow grooming vehicle featuring a multifunction joystick adapted to selectively control a plurality of independent functions of various work implements installed on the snow grooming vehicle. More specifically, the multifunction joystick is adapted to select specific functions of a work implements and apply the movements of the joystick to these specific functions. If a new function is selected, the movements of the joystick are applied to the newly selected function while disabling the previously selected function From a single joystick, the operator may control a wide array of functions of the work implements installed on the snow grooming vehicle.

Snow groomers and control system therefor

In the realm of snow grooming devices for ski hills, a unique snow tiller is disclosed. The snow tiller is pulled by a tracked vehicle and has a snow chamber which can be varied in size and dimension. The tiller is also equipped with a cutting drum which works the snow for a longer period of time when the snow chamber is enlarged. By varying the angle of the trailing bar mounted on a flexible membrane, which forms the outer bounds of the snow chamber, more or less snow is retained in the chamber depending upon snow conditions.
