This invention relates to a roller for a wire-feed device having a main cylindrical body forming a hub designed to be driven in rotation about its axis of symmetry, a peripheral cylindrical structure forming an idler roller mounted round the perimeter of the main body, and a means for the cylindrical structure to be driven in rotation by the main body. Moreover, the internal diameter of the cylindrical structure is greater than the external diameter of the main body so as to create a space between the cylindrical structure and the main body to enable a displacement of the cylindrical structure in relation to the main body with a misalignment of the axis of rotation of the cylindrical structure in relation to the axis of rotation of the main body.

The present invention relates to a sealing head for machines for heat treating threads, comprising a frame fixed to a pressurized chamber through which a conveyor belt passes, a pair of horizontal rollers placed on top of each other and pressed against the opposite faces of the conveyor belt and of seals to form a sealed closure between the rollers and the frame, at least one of the horizontal rollers and the seals being connected to the corresponding movement actuators. Sealing head characterized in that the actuators of the horizontal roller or rollers and the seals between the rollers and the frame are in the form of pneumatic actuators without pistons, namely of the balloon or bellows type.

Sealing head for machines for heat treating threads

The present invention relates to a machine for the thermal treatment of threads, which comprises a positioning mechanism () and a position control mechanism () acting on a very short area in the immediate proximity of each sealing head. The positioning mechanism () includes an axle () for pivoting the frame (), connected directly to the frame (), and an actuator () for pivoting the frame, which is acting on said frame () through the intermediary of a rod linkage (), mounted between the edge of the frame () and the actuator (). A device for positioning the conveyor belt running through machines for thermal treatment of filaments, essentially constituted by a pressurized chamber () traversed by a conveyor belt () enclosed at each end by a sealing head mounted on a frame or movable door () connected to the pressurized chamber () by a bellows (), each sealing head including a head of horizontal superposed rollers () which are pressed against the opposite surfaces of the conveyor belt (). The device includes a positioning elements () and a position control elements () acting on a very short region immediately adjacent each sealing head. The invention is more particularly applicable in the field of the textile industry, in particular of the field of treating filaments by elements of thermal treatment machines currently called heat setting machines.

A thread accumulation device that essentially consists of a discharge chute for receiving and guiding a strand that is formed by a thread take-up device () and a carriage () for taking up a thread spiral, guided in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the discharge chute that is equipped with a tension rail device and resting on the end of the strand of the side that is opposite to the thread take-up device (). The device is characterized in that the carriage () for taking up a thread spiral that is guided on the discharge chute is equipped with a unit () for monitoring its movement and support on the end of the strand of the side that is opposite to the thread take-up device (). The invention can be applied more particularly in the field of the textile industry, in particular of the treatment of thread.

Thread accumulation device

A thread accumulation device includes a discharge chute () for receiving and guiding a strand that is formed by a thread take-up device and a carriage for taking up a thread spiral, guided on the discharge chute () and resting on the end of the strand of the side that is opposite to the thread take-up device. At the outlet of the thread take take-up device, the discharge chute () is equipped with a transport unit () that adapts to the inside shape of the discharge chute (). The invention can be applied more particularly in the field of the textile industry, in particular the treatment of thread.

A winding machine, essentially constituted by individual winding stations disposed in stages which are controlled, at the level of each stage, by an assembly of drive shafts of packages and drive shafts of fliers, the yarns being supplied by a pre-feed device for its yarns. The winding machine is transformable on site and has a device for operating the drive elements of the drive shafts of the packages, the drive shafts of the fliers, and of the pre-feed device, the yarns being possibly mounted as desired in an interchangeable manner at the two ends of the winding machine, by symmetrical end plates or flanges, with arrangement in the front, of the conveyor which passes through them.

Device for gripping a package, in particular for yarn winding machines, is constituted by two lateral arms each provided at its free end with a spindle for mounting a tube of a package, movably mounted by their other end on a slide way for support and mounting on a winding machine and actuated to open and close by a jack, the mounting of each lateral arm on the slide way for support and mounting on the winding machine being carried out by an axle secured to the slide way and coacting with an oblong hole in the lateral arm. The slide way is moreover provided with abutments for guiding and limiting the path, which coact with the corresponding end of the lateral arms during opening and closing of the lateral arms.
