A capsule processing machine () for preparing a beverage from a capsule () having a body () containing an ingredient. The machine () has a holder () with a cavity () having an upwardly oriented mouth () and a cover () cooperating with the holder (). The cover () and the holder () are relatively movable along a movement path () from: an open position for inserting the capsule () inbetween the holder () and cover () into the cavity () and/or for removing the capsule () therefrom; to a closed position for extracting the capsule () in the cavity (). The machine () includes a capsule transfer device () having a capsule guide () for guiding the capsule () from the holder () to a used-capsule evacuation area (). The capsule guide () extends along an evacuation direction (') and is configured to seize the capsule () and hold the capsule () above the holder () and to guide the capsule () towards the evacuation area () along the evacuation direction (&#x2032;). The movement path () and the evacuation direction (&#x2032;) are at an angle (&#x3b1;) favouring a movement of the capsule () under the effect of gravity along the capsule guide () towards the evacuation area (). The capsule guide () is tillable during the relative movement of the holder () and the cover () from the closed position to the open position to reduce the angle (&#x3b1;) so as to increase the effect of gravity for moving the capsule ().

An apparatus is disclosed for mutual interlocking of two switches, in particular circuit breakers. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus includes two plungers which each engage in one of the two switches and can be moved in the plunger longitudinal direction, wherein, when one switch is being switched on, the plunger which engages in this switch is moved by pivoting of a control disk from its nil-point position to its opening position. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus includes a blocking device which blocks pivoting of the other control disk by moving the plunger to its opening position. In order to achieve a maintenance-free apparatus, in at least one embodiment it is proposed that at least one blocking element of the blocking device is moved by the plunger when this plunger is being moved to its opening position, such that pivoting of the other control disk with respect to the other plunger, which is located in the nil-point position, is blocked.

Apparatus for mutual interlocking of two switches, in particular circuit breakers

An apparatus is disclosed for mutually locking two switches, in particular circuit breakers, with two plungers which move in opposition to one another via a forced mechanical coupling. When one switch opens, one plunger is shifted into its opening position and the other plunger is shifted into its locking position. In order to achieve a maintenance-free apparatus, at least one embodiment of the invention proposes that each plunger has a toothed rack, which meshes with a gearwheel, on which in each case one radial lever is arranged. The levers are connected in articulated fashion to one another via a connecting rod and a stop lever is mounted in rotary fashion on each gearwheel and, when the plungers are located in the zero position, bears in each case against a fixing stop. Furthermore, a driver is located on each gearwheel and bears in each case against a stop face formed on the stop lever, wherein, when a plunger is shifted, in particular when a switch opens, one driver pivots the stop lever towards a spring, while the other driver is removed from the stop face of the stop lever.
