A device may include a first layer having copper, a second layer having solder material, the second layer above the first layer, and a third layer having a white silkscreen material, the third layer above the second layer. Regarding the device, the first layer may be used for calibration of a thermal sensor, the second layer may be used for calibration of an image sensor and calibration of a light detection and ranging (LIDAR) sensor, and the third layer may be used for the calibration of the image sensor and the calibration of the LIDAR sensor.

The first vehicle and a second vehicle in the image, video, or real-time feed is identified. It is determined that the second vehicle is temporarily or permanently incapable of performing a communication with the smart infrastructure device based on the image, video, or real-time feed. The image, video, or real-time feed is analyzed to generate second information associated with the second vehicle. The second information is converted into the agnostic format.

The example method may also involve determining, at a second time, that a second number of smart infrastructure devices included within the smart infrastructure system are accessible over the network. The example method may also involve determining that the first number of devices is different than the second number of devices. The example method may also involve creating, based on the determination that the first number of devices is different than the second number of devices, a second software image including a software update for the second number of smart infrastructure devices. The example method may also involve sending, over the network, the second software image to a device of the smart infrastructure system.
