The disengageable pulley device includes a pulley mounted on an internal transmission element, and a free wheel provided with a plurality of wedges and with a cage for the wedges, said free wheel being designed to provide one-way engagement between the pulley and the internal transmission element. The device includes an elastic connecting member provided with a first fixing part for fixing it to the internal transmission element, with a second fixing part for fixing it to the cage, and with a working part between said fixing parts, said working part being radially moveable relative to the internal transmission element and being adapted to exert a circumferential return force on the cage.

The invention concerns a roller bearing including an outer ring, an inner ring, at least a row of rolling elements arranged between two raceways of the outer and inner rings, a seal between the outer and inner rings, and a data sensor assembly comprising a non-rotatable sensor unit borne by one of the rings and a rotatable encoding element borne by the other ring. An seal is provided on the side of the data sensor assembly to isolate the assembly from the inside of the roller bearing by co-operation with the rotating ring in a zone axially located between the encoder active part and the rolling elements.

The rolling bearing with rotating electrical contacts comprises inner (7, 8) and outer (2) races gripping around the rolling elements (5, 6) and is equipped with means permitting the passage of an electrical current between two mechanical components, of which one is rotationally moveable in relation to the other. For this purpose at least one conductive cartridge (21) of generally annular form is mounted substantially in a frontal radial plane of the bearing, the said cartridge comprising two conductive armatures (22, 23), one being able to rotate in relation to the other, each armature being integral with one of the races of the rolling mechanism and at least one conductive element (29) pressed against one of the armatures (22) by at least one conductive elastic element (27) in contact with the other armature (23).

Assembly of a vehicle non-driving wheel hub equipped with a pulser and sensor unit for sensing the speed of the wheel and comprising an integral roller bearing (1, 2, 3) with two rows of rolling elements located between two internal roller bearing rings (2, 3) and an external ring (1) constituting the hub for securing the wheel, characterized by the fact that the stub axle (4) comprises at one of its end located towards the wheel (5) a shoulder flange (6) bearing on one (2) of the rings, and at its other end a threaded portion (8) making it possible, with the help of a stop nut (9), simultaneously to tighten the two internal rings (2, 3) against the stub axle carrier (7) and mount the stub axle (4) in the said stub axle carrier after the stub axle has been introduced into the stub axle carrier.
