An electrically operated heating device, in particular for a heating or air conditioning system of a vehicle, is provided, comprising a heating register with a layered heating element, for converting electrical energy into heat, and two electrically insulating and heat-conducting insulating layers, which respectively make contact, at least in certain regions, with one side of the layered heating element. The insulating layers and the layered heating element are braced with one another, an abrasion-counteracting sliding layer being arranged between at least one of the insulating layers and the layered heating element. Alternatively or in addition, at least one of the insulating layers and the layered heating element have, at least in the region of their mutual contact surfaces, a material pairing with which the abrasion of the contact surfaces goes below a predetermined limit value.

Heating device

An electric heater is provided that includes at least two groups of heating elements which change their temperature by electrical power consumption, comprising a control unit with two switch arrangements such that the first switch arrangement includes at least two power switches for switching the at least two groups of heating elements in a High-side connection and such that the second power switch arrangement includes at least two switches for switching the at least two groups of heating elements in a Low-side connection.

The invention relates to a heating assembly () comprising at least one PCT element, in particular for a motor vehicle, said PCT element () being located between two contact sheets (), which are used to make electrical contact. According to the invention, the heating assembly () comprises a frame () and at least one of the two contact sheets ()comprises a staggered section outside the frame (), said staggered section of the projecting part () of the contact sheet () running parallel with the remaining part () of said sheet ().

Heating assembly comprising a PTC element, in particular for a motor vehicle

The invention relates to a heating assembly comprising at least one PTC element, in particular for a motor vehicle. According to the invention, the PTC element () is positioned between metal sheets (), which are used to make electrical contact, said sheets () and the PTC element () are bonded by means of an adhesive () and the adhesive () has a minimum specific electrical resistance of 50 ohms&#xd7;cm and a maximum specific electrical resistance of 500 ohms&#xd7;cm. In addition, solder can be used as an alternative to the adhesive ().
