An electric drive motor has a permanent magnet rotor with a motor shaft on which a permanent magnet carrier is fastened. A first axial end portion of the motor shaft has a seat for an impeller and the permanent magnet carrier carries at least one permanent magnet at a second axial end portion of the motor shaft. The permanent magnet carrier is pot-shaped with a pot base portion, fastened to the second axial end portion and extending radially to the motor shaft, and a circular cylinder wall portion directly adjoining the outer periphery of the pot base portion and coaxially surrounding the motor shaft. The pot base portion and the circular cylinder wall portion have an at least approximately identical or exactly identical wall thickness. There is also described a wet-rotor pump and a household appliance with such an electric drive motor.

An electric drive motor has a stator with at least one electrically energizable stator winding, and a rotor which is mounted in a rotationally driveable manner in the field of the at least one stator winding so as to leave free an annular gap. The motor also has a motor shaft and a magnet carrier which is arranged coaxially in relation to the motor shaft and has at least one permanent magnet which is arranged on an outer periphery of the magnet carrier. The motor shaft and the magnet carrier are of integral design by way of the motor shaft and the magnet carrier being jointly produced from an individual starting metal sheet by shaping to form an integrally shaped rotor body. There is also described a wet-rotor pump and a domestic appliance having an electric drive motor of this kind.

A rotor for an electric motor includes a ring portion and a hub portion. The ring portion contains a permanent magnet material and is configured to at least partially rotate about at least a portion of a stator of the electric motor. The hub portion is configured as a fan including two or more blade elements each being connected to the ring portion. The blade elements encompass two or more axial air passages. An electric motor including the rotor, a pump device and a household appliance each including the electric motor, as well as a method of producing the rotor, are also provided.

A rotor core includes a hollow shaft and a carrier portion permanently combined with the hollow shaft and configured to carry a ring-shaped permanent magnet coaxially to the hollow shaft. The carrier portion includes a support plate extending in radial direction and at least one axial support region configured to support the ring-shaped permanent magnet in axial direction. The carrier portion further includes at least one support element configured to extend into an interior space surrounded by the ring-shaped permanent magnet. A permanent magnet rotor including the rotor core, an electric motor, an electric pump and a household appliance, are also provided.

An electric drive motor includes a stator with pole shoes and at least one electrically controllable stator winding. A permanent magnet rotor is rotatably mounted in the field of the stator winding leaving an annular gap. The rotor includes a motor shaft and a laminated core on the shaft. The core includes at least a number of permanent magnets corresponding to the number of poles of the rotor. The magnets in the core are coated with a plastic envelope having at least one side wall covering the core on at least one axial front side. The side wall includes at least one recess freeing areas of the axial front side covered by the side wall, as access openings for boring the core to balance the rotor. A household appliance has the electric drive motor and an injection mold is used for producing the electric drive motor coated with the envelope.

An electric drive motor includes a stator with pole shoes and at least one electrically actuable stator winding, a permanent-magnet rotor mounted in a rotationally driveable manner in the field of the stator winding defining an annular gap therebetween, a motor shaft, a magnet carrier disposed on the motor shaft and being produced in one piece as an injection-molded part, and a plurality of separate permanent magnets disposed on and distributed over the circumference of the magnet carrier. The permanent magnet rotor has a tensioning or clamping device for pressing the plurality of permanent magnets outwards in radial directions towards against an inner wall of a cavity in an injection mold of the magnet carrier during injection molding of the magnet carrier. A domestic appliance having the electric drive motor is also provided.

A pump has a DC pump drive motor with an electrically driven stator winding and a rotor which is mounted such that it can be driven in rotation in the field of the stator winding. The motor also has a motor shaft, a permanent-magnet ring and a holder which is mounted on the motor shaft and on which the permanent-magnet ring is held. The pump has a rotation-prevention device configured to secure the permanent-magnet ring against rotation about the axis of the rotor on the holder. A domestic appliance, in particular a dishwasher or a washing machine, is provided with a pump of this kind.

An electric drive for a domestic appliance includes a rotor and a shaft. An axial bearing retains the rotor on the shaft. The axial bearing has an axle hole, a multi-sided outer contour and an end face having a recess running centrally through the axle hole. The rotor includes a bearing seat that has a multi-sided inner contour corresponding to the multi-sided outer contour. The bearing seat has lateral notches. The recess ends at opposite ones of the lateral notches on opposite sides of the end face.

A pump wheel for a pump has a base body that can be rotated about a rotational axis and on which at least one wing element is arranged for conveying a fluid during the rotation of the pump wheel. The pump wheel has a pivoting device by which the at least one wing element is mounted in such a way that it can pivot about a pivoting axis arranged at an angle larger than zero degrees in relation to the rotational axis of the pump wheel, according to a rotational direction, between an action position in which a conveyor pressure for the fluid can be generated, and an idle position in which there is essentially no conveyor pressure.

An electric motor has a rotor, a stator encompassing the rotor, at least one bearing bracket, and a rotor cover. The rotor cover has at least one cover cap extending from the bearing bracket to at least the front face of the stator, which faces the bearing bracket. The invention also relates to a rotor cover for an inner rotor motor, having at least one cover cap and cover fins adjoining the cover cap. The cover cap has a tapering portion from the side where the cover fins are mounted. The cover fins have a length corresponding to at least half of the length of the stator of the electric motor.

An electric machine, especially a brushless DC motor. Said electric machine comprises a rotor and a stator which is provided with current-carrying coils. Said rotor, in the circumferential direction, is provided with a plurality of permanent magnets that are embedded in respective magnet retainers between the peripheral surface and the shaft of the rotor in such a manner that the permanent magnets, in the radial direction, are completely encircled by the peripheral surface of the rotor. In the area of the magnet retainer, recesses extend laterally in the circumferential direction of the rotor and axially within the rotor.

Electric machine

A pump is provided with an integrated, electronically commutated wet running engine. The pump contains a single-component pump chamber containing a rotor of the wet running engine. The pump allows the pump chamber to be continuously cleaned during the pumping process by water flowing through so that the water is not severely contaminated.

A pump includes a pump chamber in which an impeller and a rotor of an electric motor connected to the impeller are disposed. A flow path runs from an inlet to an outlet of the pump chamber through a central passage of the rotor. A domestic appliance having the pump is also provided.
