Blow-through rotary valve

A fastening system having a supporting strip, to which is fastened, outside the housing of the rotary feeder, a seal designed to seal the blade of the rotor in relation to the housing. The mounted unit of supporting strip and seal is inserted into a groove devised in the blade. This installation unit is then secured to the blade by means of securing screws. The seal can be made from a hard seal, especially steel, or a soft seal, especially rubberized textile, attached on the outside by a locating strip.

System for fastening a seal to a rotor blade of a rotary feeder

A tube conveyor with a device for protecting the conveyor belt of the tube conveyor against volumetric overloading, the tube conveyor containing a middle part, situated between a filling site and a discharge site. The conveyor belt coiled essentially into the shape of a tube by the action of rollers mounted on roller stands, a measuring stand is arranged behind the filling site, the measuring stand comprising a stationary frame and a swiveling frame able to pivot relative to the stationary frame, the stationary frame comprising lower rollers mounted beneath a horizontal transverse axis of the coiled conveyor belt, the swiveling frame having upper inclined rollers mounted above the horizontal transverse axis of the coiled conveyor belt and having a force measuring device provided for continuous detection of the loading forces transferred from the conveyor belt, and provided for sending signals representing the loading forces to a control unit.

Device for protecting the conveyor belt of a tube conveyor against volumetric overloading

A device including a chain strand where a contact point of a pivoting arm rests and slides on the chain of the chain strand. The pivoting arm is mounted on the shaft. The pivoting arm is coupled with the source of a compressive force in a form of a weight or a torsion spring. The pivoting arm is coupled with the shaft and therefore with the indicator of tension of the chain strand. The compressive force compensates for the change in resistance and lengthening of the chain when the chain conveyor is running, wherein its chain strand has been pre-tensioned by the basic pre-tensioning force induced by the tensioning device. The co-acting of the pre-tensioning force and the compressive force creates the operating tension which is not only indicated but also optimized by the device of the invention depending on a change in resistance in the chain strand.
