A user assistance system of a reprocessing apparatus for cleaning and disinfecting at least one surgical instrument arranged in a cleaning basket, the user assistance system including: at least one electronically controlled display device; and a controller coupled with the at least one electronically controlled display device, the at least one electronically controlled display device being integrated in a loading station and being configured for arranging the cleaning basket on one side of the display device during the loading of the cleaning basket, the controller being configured to control the display device such that image information is displayed in an actual size and position which indicates a predetermined arrangement within the cleaning basket of the surgical instrument that is to be reprocessed.

User assistance system of a reprocessing apparatus

A pump device for use in operating theatres and to arrangements composed of corresponding pump devices and endoscopes. A pump device according to the invention for use in operating theatres includes a pump unit with a pump and a control unit, and a pump hose attached to the pump unit. The pump unit further includes a light source that can be controlled by the control unit to display the operating state of the pump unit. The pump hose has a fibre optic which extends along the pump hose, wherein the first end of the fibre optic is designed to couple in light from the controllable light source. The arrangement according to the invention includes a pump device according to the invention and an endoscope, which is designed to deliver flushing liquid to the operating site.

Pump device

A pump device for use with an operating table in an operating room. The pump device including: a pump for pumping a rinsing liquid through a pump tube, and a controller configured to determine a height adjustment of the operating table in the operating room and control the pump pressure of the pump based on the detected height adjustment.

A method for supplying rinsing solution during endoscopic interventions. The method including: conveying a rinsing solution by means of a rinsing solution pump from a rinsing solution supply to an endoscopic instrument to be introduced into the body cavity of a patient; and detecting at least one material characteristic of the rinsing solution by means of a measuring apparatus.
