A stop assembly for damper masses of a damper system has a stop device and a stop device carrier which holds the stop device. The stop device has at least one shoulder, which is intended to engage in at least one associated receiving portion of the stop device carrier. In at least one support region, the shoulder is oversized relative to the associated receiving portion to facilitate captive engagement in the receiving portion, and, at a distance from the at least one support region, the shoulder is undersized relative to the associated receiving portion to facilitate assembly-simplifying engagement in the receiving portion.

Stop assembly for damper masses of a damper system

A torque transmission assembly () for a drive system of a vehicle, includes a housing (), an input-side friction surface arrangement which is coupled to the housing () for corotation around a rotational axis (A), an output-side friction surface arrangement which is coupled to a drive member () for corotation around the rotational axis (A) and a deflection mass arrangement () with a deflection mass carrier () and at least one deflection mass () supported at the deflection mass carrier () and which can be deflected from a basic relative position with respect to the deflection mass carrier (). The torque transmission assembly () does not comprise a torsional vibration damper arrangement, and/or the deflection mass carrier () is connected to the housing () so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to the housing for corotation around the rotational axis (A).

Torque transmission assembly

A mass damper system with a damper mass support receives a damper mass. A guide track and damper mass are in operative connection with one another by a coupling element movable in the guide track between a central position in which the coupling element is free from deflection in circumferential direction of the guide tracks and a deflection position out of the central position. The guide tracks and the coupling element are configured for an order that depends on the number of cylinders of the respective exciting drive. The guide tracks are tailored with respect to their geometric configuration for excitations of a virtual order between a first order associated with excitations of a drive with a first number of cylinders and a second order with which are associated with excitations of a drive with a second number of cylinders.

Absorber system

A tuned mass vibration damper for damping a vibration component of a rotational movement, includes at least three damper masses, at least one guide component part to movably guide the at least three damper masses such that the damper masses are arranged so as to be offset along a circumferential direction perpendicular to an axis of rotation and can carry out the oscillations, and a damping component part rotatable around the axis of rotation of the rotational movement opposite to the at least one guide component part and which comprises a support structure and at least two damping structures connected to the support structure. The damping structures extend radially from the support structure and are constructed and arranged such that one damping structure of the at least two damping structures when making contact with one of two adjacent damper masses prevents a contact of the two adjacent damper masses.

Absorber-type vibration damper

A coupling arrangement is provided with a vibration reduction device and with a clutch device. The vibration reduction device has at least one torsional vibration damper, an input connected to a drive, and an output connected to the clutch device by which a connection between the vibration reduction device and a driven end is at least substantially produced in a first operating state, and this connection is at least substantially cancelled in a second operating state. The vibration reduction device has a mass damper system that cooperates with the torsional vibration damper and is connected to the output of the vibration reduction device.

Coupling arrangement having a vibration reduction device and having a coupler device

A torsional vibration damper has a damper mass carrier at which is received at least one damper mass movable relative to the damper mass carrier and with at least one stop. The at least one damper mass has a stop side with a geometric shaping. At least one stop is associated with the damper mass, and has an axial overlap with the at least one damper mass in extension direction of a central axis and a stop profile at its side facing the stop side of the damper mass. At least one stop receiver is associated with the least one stop for the at least one damper mass. The geometric shaping which is provided at the at least one damper mass has a first contact region operative at least substantially in radial direction and a second contact region operative at least substantially in tangential direction. The first contact region can be brought into operative connection with the stop, and the second contact region can be brought into operative connection with the stop receiver.

Torsional vibration damper

A tuned mass vibration damper for damping a vibration component of a rotational movement, has at least one guide component part configured to movably guide the damper masses such that the damper masses are offset along a circumferential direction, and a dimensionally stable spacer component part that is rotatable relative to the guide component part and which has a positive engagement connection with clearance with the damper masses that are configured such that, starting from a center position of the damper masses with respect to the spacer component part, when one of the damper masses executes an oscillation which overcomes a clearance in the connections of two of the damper masses with respect to the spacer component part, the spacer component part is rotated along the circumferential direction such that it drives the other damper mass of the two damper masses along the circumferential direction.

Tuned mass damper

A tuned mass vibration damper included at least one damper mass and at least one guide component part to movably guide the at least one damper mass. The damper mass has a retaining component part which is at least partially arranged in a receiving recess of the damper mass. The retaining component part has at least one retaining structure and the at least one guide component part has at least one mating retaining structure to limit a movement of the at least one damper mass relative to the at least one guide component part in that the retaining structure and the mating retaining structure come in contact with one another. The at least one damper mass drives the retaining component part during a movement of the damper mass along a circumferential direction and to allow a relative movement of the retaining component part () with respect to the damper mass which results in a change in a radial distance of the retaining structure from the axis of rotation. The at least one damper mass and the at least one guide component part prevent the retaining structure and mating retaining structure from coming in contact with one another when an upper threshold speed is exceeded.

A torsional vibration damper is provided with a damper mass carrier at which is received at least one damper mass that is movable relative to the damper mass carrier and at least one stop. The at least one stop is associated with each stop side of the at least one damper mass. The at least one damper mass and the stop have an extension in extension direction of a central axis. The at least one damper mass has a plurality of damper mass elements in extension direction of the central axis, while the stop has in extension direction of the central axis a stop profile at its side facing the stop sides of the damper mass elements. The stop profile has different radial distances from the central axis in association with the damper mass elements.

A hydrodynamic coupling arrangement, particularly hydrodynamic torque converter, wherein at least one torsional vibration damper arrangement comprises at least two torsional vibration dampers which are arranged so as to be radially staggered and substantially aligned axially with respect to one another, wherein the first torsional vibration damper is arranged on the radially outer side of the second torsional vibration damper, and wherein the at least one torsional vibration damper arrangement is coupled with the other torsional vibration damper arrangement in an area radially between the first damper element unit and the second damper element unit.
